💥👩‍🏫የግሎው ት/ቤት የኬጂ መምህራን የሁሉም ቅርንጫፍ አንድ በመሆን በትምህርት✨ አሰጣጥ ዙሪያ ስብሰባ እና የእቅድ ክለሳ አድርገዋል።

በጥር 22/ 2017 ዓ.ም በት/ቤታችን የወተመህ ስብሰባ ተካሄደ ትምህርት ለአንድ አገር ሁለንተናዊ ዕድገት መሰረት ሲሆን ዜጎች በሃገራቸው ፖለቲካዊ፣ ኢኮኖሚያዊና ማህበራዊ ልማት በበለጠ ንቁ ተሳታፊ የሚሆኑበትና ተገቢ ሚናቸውን መወጣት የሚችሉበት ትምህርትን ሀገራዊ አህጉራዊና አለም አቀፋዊ ደረጃውን ጠብቆ በጥራት መሰጠት ሲቻል ነው፡፡ በትምህርት ስርዓታችን የሚያስፈልገውን የትምህርት ጥራት ለህብረተሰቡ ውጤታማ የትምህርት አገልግሎት በመስጠት ረገድ መምህራንና የትምህርት አመራሩ ቁልፍ ሚና አላቸው፡፡ የዛሬና የነገ ሀገር ተረካቢ ታዳጊዎችን እውቀት፣ ክዕሎትና አመለካከትን ለመቅረጽ የምንሰራው ስራ ወሳኝና ለነገ የማይባል ተግባር መሆን ይገባዋል ከዚህም አንጻር በወተመህ/ተወማ አደረጃጀት በርካታ ስራዎች በመልካም ጅምርነት ልናያቸው ብንችልም በትምህርት ተቋሞቻችን የሚጠበቀውን ያህል ለውጥ አምጥቷል ማለት አያስደፍርም፡፡ ወላጆች ትምህርት ቤቶችን በበላይነት የሚመሩበትና የመማር ማስተማሩን ስራ በመደገፍ የተማሪዎች የትምህርት ውጤትና ስነምግባር እንዲሻሻል የሚያደርጉት አስተዋጽኦ ተጠናክሮ መቀጠል ይኖርበታል፡፡ ለዚህም ከቤት እስከ ትምህርት ቤት  ድረስ የወተመህ/ተወማ ምክር ቤት መልሶ በማደራጀት የትምህርት ስራውን ወላጆች በቅርብ በመሆን እንዲከታተሉት ፣ እንዲደግፉትና እንዲቆጣጠሩት የሚያስችል ሰፋ ያለ አደረጃጀት እንዲኖር ማድረግ ይገባል፡፡ ይህ አደረጃጀት በትምህርት ቤት ደረጃ የወላጅ ተማሪ ህብረት ወተመህ በመባል ሲታወቅ በክ/ከተማ እና ከተማ ደረጃ ወላጅ ተማሪ ማህበር (ተወማ) በሚል የተደራጀ ነው፡፡ በመሆኑም (ወተመህ) ወይም (ተወማ) ካለው አመራር እና ከወላጆች ጋር በቅንጅት በመስራት የትምህርት ጥራትን ለማረጋገጥና ለተማሪዎች ውጤት መሻሻልና ስነ-ምግባር መለወጥ አቅም በሚሆን መልኩ መልሶ ማደራጀት ስራ ይሰራል፡፡ ጠንካራ አደረጃጀት ለመፍጠርና ብሎም ለትምህርት ጥራት መሻሻል የበኩሉን ድርሻ የሚጫወት ከተማሪዎች፣ ወላጆች እና መምህራን መካከል ማውጣትና ወደ ተወማ አደረጃጀት እንዲቀላቀሉ ለማድረግ ይረዳ ዘንድ ይህ ስብሰባ  ተዘጋጅቷል፡፡            የስብሰባ  አላማ ✍በትምህርት ቤታችን  ያለው የወተመህ አደረጃጀትን መልሶ በማደራጀት ከትምህርት ቤት አመራርና ባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር በቅንጅት በመስራት የተማሪዎች ውጤት እና ስነ-ምግባር በማሻሻል የትምህርት ጥራትን ለማረጋገጥ በሚደረገው ጥረት ውስጥ  ከፍተኛ ሚና የሚጫወት ጠንካራ አደረጃጀት መፍጠር፡፡ ዝርዝር አላማዎች 👉ሁለንተናዊ ስብእናው የተሟላ ዜጋን በመፍጠር ረገድ ያላቸውን በጎ ተጽእኖ በማጎልበት የድርሻቸውን እንዲወጡ የሚያስችል አቅም ለመፍጠር፤ ወላጆች ትምህርት ቤቶ ታችን በባለቤትነት፣ በተጠያቂነትና በተቆርቋሪነት እንዲመሩ ለማስቻል፣ በትምህርት ቤታችና በወላጆች መካከል ጠንካራ ድልድይ ሆነው እንዲያገለግሉ ለማድረግ፤ 👉በወላጆች፣ በተማሪዎች፣ በመምህራንና በትምህርት ቤት አመራር መካከል ጠንካራና ጤናማ ግንኙነቶች መፍጠርና ውጤታማ የትምህርት አገልግሎት በመስጠት የትምህርት ጥራትን ለማረጋገጥ እና የመሳሰሉት ናቸው ::

Sister Zebiba Gave For Female Students  Counseling A female student seeks counseling from a nurse regarding menstruation,  And Our School member provide a supportive and informative space to discuss concerns related to their menstrual cycle, including symptoms like pain, heavy bleeding, irregular periods,  menstrual hygiene practices, and overall understanding of their body's natural processes, while also addressing any potential stigma surrounding menstruation and promoting open communication Key aspects of female student menstrual counseling by Sister Zebiba  was: Education and Normalization: Explain the basic physiology of menstruation, including hormonal changes and the menstrual cycle.  Discuss the range of normal menstrual experiences, including variations in flow, duration, and pain levels.  Address common misconceptions and myths about menstruation.  Symptom Management: Provide strategies for managing menstrual cramps, including heat therapy, over-the-counter pain medication, exercise, and relaxation techniques.  Discuss options for managing heavy bleeding, including different types of menstrual products and potential medical interventions if necessary.  Hygiene and Access to Products: Educate on proper menstrual hygiene practices, including regular changing of sanitary products and appropriate disposal methods.  Discuss different types of menstrual products available (pads, tampons, menstrual cups) and help students choose what suits them best.  She Address access issues related to menstrual products, providing information about potential support programs if necessary.  Psychological Support: Create a safe space for students to openly discuss their menstrual experiences and concerns without judgment around first aid.  Address potential social stigma related to menstruation and provide strategies for managing discomfort or teasing.  Lastly not the least Sister Zebiba advises students about unnecessary food on the road and  packed food from the shop which is contaminated  by different chemicals & etc!! ❤️Sister Zebiba❤️ 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️ We are so proud of you and Thank you for your kindness and Your kindness means a lot to us!!
