Interesting fact - you can install PNR 001 even on your Forerunner 55!

To save your battery with PNR 001 two interesting features have been added: - seconds could be turned off if you put the watch off your hand - second hand could be updated once per X seconds (once per 2 seconds or once per 5 seconds, you can choose it on settings)

October 13 Garmin will hold a presentation for developers, which tells about the new features Connect IQ and beyond. Last time, at such a presentation, CIQ 4.0 was presented, the support of which was received not so long ago by the recently presented Venu 2 and Venu 2S. Who knows, maybe they can tell us the details about the features that we will see in the Garmin Fenix 7?

Almost 60 countries are supported by "I DON'T KNOW THE FLAGS WATCHFACE'S NAME" watchface :) This will be a great opportunity to redesign your watch. You can select flags of any countries, which are essentially a set of colored stripes, rotate them, change the style of time display. All this looks fresh and interesting. I don't know about you, but I really like this idea. By the way, I just found out that I have had this project in Ideas since November last year.

Today I decided to take a break from working on current projects and decided to create something original and thematic. As you know, the Olympic Games began in Tokyo on July 23 and will last until August 8. I tried to create a watchface that would only show the time with the national flag of a particular country. It's boring. So I decided to add some movement to the watchface's elements. Better now. What do you think about this? Do you need such a watchface in a store?

Hello Monday! Guys, let me know in the comments if you want me to post progress posts on my apps more often. I do not want to bother with my posts, while I want to share news .. Actually, I promised that in the summer I will update the already released watchfaces. PNR 001 is one of them. I listen to the wishes and try to implement the most interesting and the most necessary ones. Can you find all the changes shown in the screenshot?

Some users faced an issue where OpenWeatherMap weather was not updating on ODR 004 watchface. I've just released an update which resolves this issue. By the way, don't forget that you can leave a review for an application after each update. You can do it even without comment (only rating).

PNR 001 watchface is going to become much more attractive with an update. And this is not the only change :)

Please, sorry for lots of posts on this wathcface :( But I'm finally done with it! Before I push it to Garmin Store I want you to leave your comment here with a question/suggestion for the watchface to make me sure I have added everything I wanted/you asked. Some features added recently: • possibility to change colors of background/foreground and accent color (borders and bars marks) • possibility to turn on AUTO color-inverting option whether after sunset or if Do Not Disturb mode is on • Chance of precipitations bar (left on the picture). Supported only by CIQ 3.2+ devices • possibility to turn on per second pulse updates So, here we are :)

Something new you want to know about the coming soon watchface: Weather providers: Garmin Weather and OpenWeatherMap service Supported languages for weather conditions (only with OpenWeatherMap): Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Deutsch, English, Greek, Finnish, French, Hungarian, Croatian, Indonesian, Italian, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Romanian, Swedish, Slovak, Slovenian, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish and three languages of Baltics Possibilities: to change weekdays from two-letters abbreviation to three-letters abbreviation; to change the middle text field to following: watch's series, your own title, weather condition's description, GPS-coordinates, humidity + wind (with a direction a.k.a. NNE) data, name of current location (like Oakland) Let me know in the comments if you're still waiting for this watchface. I thought it would be not a complex one, but it has lots of mechanics. It even can warn you that the weather data is outdated for now..

Hello my friends! Today I want to explain you why some complex (on first sight) watchfaces with always-on-seconds option produce less battery consumption, than some simple (on first sight) analog watchfaces with always-on-seconds mode. The main reason is that the digital watchfaces update super limited part of the screen. Meanwhile, analog watchfaces should update much more bigger part of the screen to realize always-on-seconds. I've highlighted parts which are updated on Fusion watchface and on recently rolled out Agat watchface. If you prefer battery efficients above the beauty, always turn off active seconds. I do hope it helps some of you, who couldn't get why some watchfaces are so battery hungry.

The next ordered watchface has one interesting feature: just after sunset, a special night theme with a lume is activated. What do you think? :)
