Identify when you partake in your bad habit: What time of day? How do you feel when it happens? Does it happen before or right after something else? Have a plan for what you will do instead of your bad habit: If you smoke when you get stressed, come up with a different way to deal with the stress by inserting a new behaviour, like exercise. Join forces with someone: Pair up with someone. The two of you can hold each other accountable and celebrate your victories. Knowing someone is expecting you to be better is a powerful motivator. Aim to be physically active most days. Don’t feel discouraged if you have a slip up. Learn from it and try again! @LeighStew
