The using:
الإستخدام:
* Temporary events:
أحداث مؤقتة:

نحن نعيش في إب حتى ننتهي من البناء في صنعاء.
* Changing situation:
أحداث متغيرة:
She is getting better.
هي تتغير للأفضل.
* Future:
المستقبل:
They are traveling to the village soon.
هم سيسافروا للقرية قريباً.
Note:
ملاحظه:
When you are sure that you will do this thing in near future use present continuos.
عندما تكون متأكد أنك ستفعل هذا الشيء في المستقبل القريب إستخدم المضارع المستمر.
*Now:
الآن:
He is eating the dinner now.
هو يتناول العشاء الآن.
* Around time:
حول الوقت:
I am studying at university.
أنا أدرس في الجامعة.
Note:
ملاحظة:
Use this when the things happens around the time not in that time that you speak but it happens in other times or in that days.
يستخدم مع الأحداث التي تحدث حول الوقت ليس بمعنى الوقت الذي تتحدث فيه وإنما في وقت آخر او في تلك الأيام.
The key words:

These days = nowadays.
هذه الأيام.
At the moment .
هذه اللحظه.
Right now.
حالاً.
Immediately.
فوراً.
Soon.
قريباً.
The rule:
القاعدة:
Subject+ helping verbs( am- is- are) + verb 1 ing + object.
الفاعل+ الأفعال المساعدة( am- is- are) + الفعل الأول مع ing + المفعول به.
Other examples:

1- We are watching T.V. now.
نحن نشاهد التلفاز الآن
2-They are visiting their relatives.
هم يزوروا أقربائهم.
3- The new is getting worse and worse.
الحدث يصبح أسوء و أسوء.

5-He is reading a story.
هو يقراء قصة.
