Hi everyone So I was part of panel interviews yesterday.. Lemme share my experience.. These were for hiring JRFs for faculties at university to support major n minor research projects for the next 18-24 months. The candidates shortlisted by the selection committee to appear before our interview panel were 18 out of 73 applications. Since we are done finalising the 3 candidates, I can talk about it now..
