LIVING THE MIRACULOUS LIFE (The Holy Spirit At Work In You)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
John 21:25 “And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
The life and ministry of the Lord Jesus was an unending stream of the miraculous. He fed five thousand people with a little boy’s lunch, raised the dead, walked on water and did so many other mind-blowing miracles which are recorded for us in the gospels. These weren’t exaggerated stories or legends; they were real moments where God’s power showed up in amazing ways. Though Jesus has gone to heaven, He’s left the Holy Spirit here in the earth (John 14:16) to continue the work of the Father through us.
He said in John 20:21, “...as the Father has sent Me, I also send you,” meaning our lives ought to be an unending stream of the miraculous as well. You ought to expect miracles and participate in the miraculous since the Holy Spirit lives in you. He’s the power of the Godhead! He’s the doer and performer of miracles. Jesus said, “...the Father who dwells in Me does the works” (John 14:10); that’s the Holy Spirit! He’s the one that indwells us with the miracle working power of God.
You don’t have to wait until you’re older to see God move. He can work through you right now. This is your set time to receive that miracle you desire. The Bible says, “...as He (Jesus) is, so are we in this world” (1 John 4:17). In other words, as He is supernatural, so are we. Hallelujah! If He had a daily experience of the miraculous, then the story should be no different with you. Recognise that the Holy Spirit is working in you, with you and around you, though you may not see Him with your optical eyes. That means a miracle can take place in you, around you and through you, in any place, at any time! Glory to God!

THE SUCCESS SECRET (The Infallible Recipe for the God-kind of Success)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
Joshua 1:8 “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
Horticulturists understand that you can’t judge a tree’s health by looking at one branch. A tree might have one branch loaded with fruit while the rest is diseased or dying. The tree isn’t truly healthy until every part thrives. Similarly, a person might excel at one thing—career, academics, athletics—while their relationships crumble or their character decays. That’s not success; that’s one thriving branch on a struggling tree.
Success from God’s perspective has nothing to do with a man’s position in life or how much he possesses. Jesus said, “...one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses” (Luke 12:15). The Message version puts it this way: “...Life is not defined by what you have, even when you have a lot.” How true! Real success is found in Christ and in His Word. That’s why the Lord gave Joshua the recipe for success in our opening scripture: “meditating on the Word day and night!” That’s the infallible recipe for the God-kind of success.
Real success isn’t partial. It’s total. It shows in everything: school, work, friendships, family, and your walk with God. God doesn’t want you to be good only in some areas and struggle in others. He wants you to be excellent in all you do. That’s the life He’s set before you. If you’re born again, you’re already a success! The seed of success is in your spirit.
The secret is in the Word; it’s by meditating on the Word day and night, speaking the Word to yourself until it takes over your thought processes! If you’d do this, everything you do will prosper. You’ll be an excellent child, an excellent student, an excellent team member, and of course an excellent Christian! You’ll be an allround success. Glory to God!

HIGHER STANDARDS (Live Above The Indecent Standards of The World)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
2 Corinthians 6:1 “Therefore ‘come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.’”
▶️ LET’S TALK
Marine biologists have observed that fish placed in polluted water gradually adapt to it. They don’t recognise the contamination because they’ve grown accustomed to swimming in it. Only when transferred to clean water do they realise the difference. Similarly, when you’ve been surrounded by certain behaviours long enough, they begin to feel normal, even when they’re slowly degrading the standards you once had. As a Christian, you should never be swayed by the world’s standards. God’s Word teaches us moderation, not excess. There are things you just shouldn’t allow.
As a Christian, you have a higher life with higher standards. There should, therefore, be some decency in your dressing, speech, and way of life. Read our opening scripture again; it says, “…Come out from among them and be separate…;” that means “Be different!” You have a different life, a different culture, and a different mindset; it’s called the mindset of the righteous.
You were sanctified by the Spirit, which means He separated and declared you holy and undefiled. Therefore, walk in righteousness. Don’t let those of the world drag you into ungodly behaviours; otherwise, you can’t win them for the Lord. Your standards have to be higher to do so. Copy the Master; think like Him; act like Him; talk like Him. There’s a decency that goes with the Spirit of God, and that decency must be evident in your life. Let everything about you edify others and bring glory to the Lord in every way and every day, for you’re the light in a dark and perverted world.

“MY DAY IS BLESSED!” (Learn To Bless Your Day Every Day)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
Genesis 2:3 AMPC “And God blessed (spoke good of) the seventh day, set it apart as His own, and hallowed it, because on it God rested from all His work which He had created and done.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
No successful farmer walks onto unplowed, unseeded ground and looks forward to a harvest. Long before planting season, they prepare the soil, enrich it, and speak with confidence about what the land will produce. They understand that the condition of the ground before planting largely determines what comes up later. Your morning declarations are like preparing the soil of your day; you’re getting the ground ready to produce what you intend to grow.
In Christ, every day for you should be a day of joy, blessings, thanksgiving, and rejoicing. That means you should look forward to having a great day, every day! This is God’s will for your life. Our opening verse shows us just how we can walk in this reality; it says, “And God blessed (spoke good of) the seventh day….” This is a profound revelation of God’s truth! You ought to bless your day. This is possible because you’re created in the image and likeness of God, to live and function like Him. So, you ought to take a cue from the Lord and do what He does.
Psalm 68:19 says, “Blessed be the Lord, who daily loads us with benefits….” There are blessings and benefits for you every day; expect them and speak them forth! Don’t talk like unbelievers who say, “I’m having such a bad day.” Instead, take charge of your morning; bless your day and tell it exactly what to produce for you.
As you wake up, speak productivity and favour into your day. Declare that the Spirit of God is leading you to be at the right place at the right time. Declare that He’s opening up “main character” opportunities for you and giving you the wisdom to recognise and win all the way.

BE EXCELLENT (Stand Out from the Crowd)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
Daniel 6:3 “Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
Andrew’s name was on the school’s Board of Honour again, just like every other term. It didn’t matter whether it was academics, sports, or leadership; everything he touched seemed to shine. His projects were always well executed, his team was always motivated, and his results were always outstanding. Students often wondered what his secret was. But Andrew didn’t rely on “luck” or waiting for someone to push him. He simply recognised and expressed what was already within him: an excellent spirit.
Just like Daniel in the Bible, who “had an excellent spirit” and prospered in all he did, God has placed that same Spirit of excellence inside you. As read in our opening verse, Daniel was described as one who dealt excellently in his affairs because “an excellent spirit was in him.” Anointed men and women in the Old Testament had the Holy Spirit “come upon them,” but today, He lives in you! He’s the Spirit of excellence; hence, it’s His ministry to cause you to excel in everything you do. When you recognise this truth, walking in excellence will become a natural occurrence for you—you’ll excel in every endeavour.
For young people, excellence means more than just getting good grades or winning games. It’s showing up fully in everything you do, whether it’s school, your hobbies, sports, online projects, helping others, or your involvement in the house of God. To excel means to go beyond the ordinary, to stand out from the crowd, and to leave a mark wherever you are.
You don’t have to pray to God to make you excel, for excellence is in you. All you need do is recognise it and express it. Choose to excel; make the conscious effort to improve your mind by studying the right materials. Become studious; don’t loaf or laze around, for laziness isn’t a quality of an excellent spirit; go the extra mile! Reject mediocrity and mundanity from your life.

TOO LATE TO BE POOR (Walk In Prosperity… It’s Your Birthright)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
John 1:2 “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
The moment you were born again, it became too late for you to be poor, for you were born into prosperity. The Bible says, “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich” (2 Corinthians 8:9). Now you know why it’s not possible for you to be poor anymore!
Moreover, the prosperity that comes from God isn’t only about money, riches and other material wealth. It’s about the totality of your well-being—spirit, soul and body. It’s about having the blessing of God on your life in such a way that you’re able to impart the same life to someone else. It’s the manifestation of God’s grace upon your life which causes everything that concerns you to succeed exceedingly.
You’re born to prosper. Begin to function in this truth. The Lord already made the sovereign declaration that whatsoever you do shall prosper; therefore, let that be your mindset. Refuse poverty and poverty mentality. Refuse thoughts that say “I can’t,” “I’ll never,” or “people like me don’t succeed.” Recognise that you have a limitless and inexhaustible inheritance in Christ. Glory to God!

GOD’S NUMBER-ONE JOB (Take Soul Winning Very Seriously)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
Proverbs 11:30 “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who wins souls is wise.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
Soul winning is God’s number-one job. It’s so important to Him that He sent Jesus, His only Son, into the world, not to be the president of a nation, a senator or an engineer, but a soul winner. No wonder the Lord Jesus Himself also took soul winning very seriously during His earthly ministry. Even when He was physically tired and needed rest, the opportunity to share the Gospel with the Samaritan woman was enough to make Him forget His hunger and tiredness. He said to His disciples, “... My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work” (John 4:34).
We need to realise as God’s people that we may not always have the opportunity to win souls, and that’s why Jesus said, “I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work” (John 9:4). He knew He had a time limit in the earth; so He maximised it by being an effective soul winner. This is the same thing He expects from us; we ought to recognise that the responsibility of telling others about the Gospel of Christ’s salvation has been entrusted to us (2 Corinthians 5:18), and we must do the work of Him that sent us while it’s day.
You’re young, and that’s your advantage. You have energy, influence, and opportunities to reach your peers, friends, and even strangers with the Gospel. The responsibility God has given you is serious: to share His love now, while the time is right. Don’t wait for the “perfect moment” or think you’re too young. God can use your social media posts, your school friendships, your conversations, and even your small acts of kindness to bring someone to Christ. This is the day of salvation; this is the season of the end-time harvest.

YOUR INHERITANCE IS VAST (The Riches Of This World Belong To You)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
Psalm 24:1 “The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell therein.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
The world is full of treasures, yet many go through life without ever knowing those treasures belong to them. It’s like having access to something valuable but living as if you’re broke because you don’t know what’s yours. As a child of God, you’re not just an observer; you’re an heir! Every resource, every hidden wealth, every unclaimed blessing on the earth is yours in Christ. God said through Isaiah, “I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places” (Isaiah 45:3).
The riches of this world belong to God, and as His child, everything He owns is at your disposal. The Scripture reminds us, “And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise” (Galatians 3:29). Your inheritance is vast—both the treasures already revealed and the hidden riches waiting to be discovered. That includes ideas, opportunities, connections, and solutions others haven’t even thought of yet.
The Lord Jesus Himself demonstrated this. He instructed Peter to catch a fish, and inside its mouth was a coin to pay the temple tax. This shows that God’s provision is always accessible when we move in obedience and faith. Long before you were born, God deposited reserves of wealth and blessing for you: ”unsearchable riches” (Ephesians 3:8). These are inexhaustible treasures, waiting for you to access them with the wisdom and revelation of the Holy Spirit.
The Bible says all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ (Colossians 2:3). Thus, as you constantly study the Word and fellowship with the Spirit, you’ll receive insight into reality; the Spirit of God will help you discover the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places. Glory to God forever!

SPEAK FROM THE WORD (The Basis Of Our Confession Is The Word)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
2 Corinthians 4:13 “And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, ’I believed and therefore I spoke,’ we also believe and therefore speak.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
Faith isn’t about making empty confessions or merely repeating words. For example, saying “I’m fine, I’m fine, I’m fine” when you’re stressed about school, exams, or friendships doesn’t make things better. The scripture above says, “I believed, and therefore I spoke,” and in Romans 10:10, believing comes first, then speaking. What’s the basis of your “I’m fine”? Faith rests on what Christ has already done.
So, when you say, “I refuse to be sick,” it’s because God has already given you divine health. Even if you feel tired, anxious, or stressed, when someone asks, “How are you?” you can say, “I’m excellent,” because God’s life in you is stronger than sickness, fear, or weakness. The same goes for declaring, “I refuse to be poor,” because Christ has made you rich. 2 Corinthians 8:9 says, “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.” Being “rich in Christ” isn’t just about money; it’s about blessings, favour, and opportunities.
Our faith in who we are in Christ is the foundation of our confessions. It brings God’s Word into manifestation. We can also speak new realities into existence by God’s Word (Greek: “rhema”). Whether it’s courage for a test, peace in friendships, or creativity for a project, speaking God’s Word activates change. Affirming your health, success, and victory is acknowledging what Christ already made yours. Glory to God!

YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE FATHER (It’s The Father’s Good Pleasure To Hear You)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
John 15:16 “You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
The Old Testament folks always had to resort to the prophets and seers to enquire of the Lord. It wasn’t a common revelation amongst the people to talk directly to God in prayer and expect to receive an answer from Him. However, when Jesus came, He made it clear that it was the Father’s desire for us to boldly and confidently talk directly to the Father in prayer and receive answers: “And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My Name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full” (John 16:23-24).
The “day” that the Lord Jesus spoke of isn’t a twentyfour-hour day but a dispensation, a season, a set time in which you could make requests and receive answers to your prayers. Thanks be unto God! This is that set time! We’ve come into “that day” that Jesus was referring to. If you’re born again, you have the privilege of being able to pray and receive the answers to your prayers instantly: “...whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them” (Mark 11:24).
There’s no need to look for someone to pray to God for you; there’s no need to cry and keep reminding God of your troubles: just ask in faith and in the Name of Jesus, and your requests will be granted. Whether it’s about your grades, your future career, your friendships, or whatever, you can talk to Him directly. Always remember that it’s the Father’s delight to answer your prayers; it’s His good pleasure to give you the wonderful treasures of His kingdom (Luke 12:32). So, ask boldly. Believe confidently. Receive joyfully. Glory to God!

NO HOPELESS SITUATIONS WITH YOU (They’re Your Opportunities)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
Mark 9:23 “Jesus said to him, ‘If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.’”
▶️ LET’S TALK
As Jane dropped her backpack on the couch, she sighed deeply: “I don’t think this can ever change,” she muttered. “I’ve tried everything.”
Her older brother, Derek, looked up from his Bible: “Everything?” he asked with a smile. “Did you try God’s way?”
Jane frowned: “What do you mean? This is a hopeless situation!”
Derek shook his head gently: “Hopeless to whom? From man’s perspective, maybe. But with God, there’s no such thing as a hopeless situation.”
As a young person who’s born again, you’re not meant to react to life the way everyone else does. You’ve been called to function by divine principles. That means you don’t panic when things go wrong; you respond with faith. The life in you is the life of a victor. You were born to reign, even in your classroom, on your campus, in your workplace, and among your peers. When someone says, “There’s no way you can pass that,” or “You’ll never make it,” don’t be discouraged. Get excited! That’s your opportunity to put your faith to work. Pray. Declare God’s Word over your situation.
Speak life instead of fear. Say, “The greater One lives in me. I’m an overcomer. I can do all things through Christ!” God loves to see you stand strong. The Bible says His wisdom is revealed through us. Every time you refuse to give up, every time you choose faith over fear, you’re showing the world—and even the spiritual realm—that the power of God is real and active in your life.
Remember, the inherent dynamic ability to turn hopeless situations around came into your life when you received the Holy Spirit. That confidence you need, that turnaround in your family or academics—it’s not out of reach. This is the set time to demonstrate the life of victory that God has brought you into. Praise God!

THE “MIMSHACH” ANOINTING (Inside of You Is The Seed Of Greatness)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
Isaiah 54:2-3 “Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; do not spare; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left...
▶️ LET’S TALK
When you study the Scriptures, you’ll discover a consistent pattern in the lives of Abraham’s physical descendants: no matter how humble their beginnings, they ended in dominion and expansion. Consider Isaac; the Bible says he “...waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great… and the Philistines envied him” (Genesis 26:13–14 KJV). His life was a story of unstoppable increase.
If that was the testimony of the natural seed, how much more you who are the true seed of Abraham through Christ (Galatians 3:29)! The natural progression of your life is increase, advancement, and expansion in everything you do. Stagnation is inconsistent with your spiritual DNA. When you received the Holy Spirit, He’s supposed to do much more than make you speak in tongues and prophesy. He’ll cause everything you do to grow and expand. That anointing is the “mimshach” anointing, which in Hebrew means “expansion” or “to spread.” It causes everything you do to multiply and expand beyond your immediate sphere of contact.
God wants you to recognise that this grace is already at work in you. Maybe you’re in school, maybe you’re building a brand, coding an app, running a small business, creating content, or figuring out your next move; don’t despise small beginnings. That small channel can grow. That campus idea can become a company or even a conglomerate. So, start making plans for a greater and higher level at which you want to function. Glory to God!

YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER IS BIG (Dream Big)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
Genesis 37:5 “Now Joseph had a dream, and he told it to his brothers; and they hated him even more.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
There are no laws in heaven or on earth against dreaming big. So, as a Christian, you’re at liberty to dream and dream big. Let your dream of success be big enough for God to get involved with it. That’s why I love the man Joseph in the Bible. As a young lad, his dreams were out of this world! He was basically a teenager talking about leadership and influence while still living under his father’s roof. Though his brothers hated him for all his extraordinary dreams of greatness, he kept on dreaming and telling them about his dreams.
A teenager with a big dream can attract God’s attention. That’s why even in prison, Joseph kept rising to the top. He eventually became the prime minister of Egypt and preserved both Egypt and several other nations from famine. It’s time for you to dream and dream big. It’s a decision you must make. Dream big about your academics, your creative gifts, your tech ideas, your ministry, your influence.
Stretch your vision. Refuse to put your mind to sleep; keep dreaming! See yourself doing big things. Have a different way of thinking. Your Heavenly Father is big, and His resources are limitless. Not only is He able to cause your visions of success to come to pass, but He’s also more willing and enthusiastic about your success than you could ever be. Glory to God!

DIVINE ENCOUNTERS ARE REAL (God Desires To Visit You)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
Hebrews 13:2 “Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
The Scriptures contain several accounts of men and women who experienced divine visitations. Sometimes it was a visit by an angel; at other times, it was the Lord Himself. The Bible tells us about Abraham, who, on a certain day, sat in his tent door in the heat of the day and saw three men passing by. By faith, he perceived they weren’t ordinary men and called out to them to stop over for some refreshments (Genesis 18:1-5). It turned out that one of the three men was the Lord Himself, while the other two were angels. But guess what? It was during that encounter that the Lord told Abraham exactly when Sarah would conceive and give birth (Genesis 18:10).
When Jacob was at a crossroads in his life, it took a divine visitation from the Lord for him to experience the turnaround he had long desired. He was alone one day when an angel came to him and wrestled with him all night long (Genesis 32:24). At the break of dawn, he realised the angel wasn’t an ordinary angel but the Spirit of God Himself, and pleaded with Him to bless him. That was the day the Lord changed his name from “Jacob”, which hitherto meant “usurper”’ or “swindler”, to “Israel,” which means “a prince of power with God.” That divine visitation changed his destiny and set him on the path of greatness.
We’re in the last days, and God wants to visit you and touch your life in a special way. Divine visitations weren’t reserved only for folks in the Old Testament; you can expect to be visited by God as well. A divine encounter with the Lord will definitely change your life forever. He can visit you in your room, at school, on your way home, or even while you sleep! But you can be sure that when He does, your life won’t remain the same. Glory to God!

COMMIT TO THE UPWARD AND FORWARD LIFE (Refuse To Settle For Anything Less Than God’s Best)
👤 Pastor Chris
📖 TO THE BIBLE
Genesis 26:12-13 “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous.”
▶️ LET’S TALK
As a child of God, your journey is meant to be one of continual advancement. The Bible gives us the example of Isaac, a man who refused to settle for the easy or convenient path. In a time of famine, his neighbours and friends fled to Egypt, seeking security and abundance. Yet, God instructed Isaac to remain in Gerar, the very land facing scarcity, and to sow there.
Isaac obeyed, and the results were extraordinary. The Scripture says, “The man got richer and richer by the day until he was very wealthy. He accumulated flocks and herds and many, many servants, so much so that the Philistines began to envy him” (Genesis 26:13-14 MSG). His obedience produced unmatched growth, proving that God’s direction always leads to progress, regardless of how circumstances may appear. Even when things look dry, competitive, or unfair around you, God can still make you thrive right there.
This is your call today: to listen to the Spirit of God. Where He directs you, go. What He commands you, do. When you align your steps with His guidance, your life, like Isaac’s, will be marked by unending growth and overflowing blessings. Famine, opposition, or scarcity can’t hinder God’s plan for your advancement: No tough exams, limited resources, or difficult background can hinder God’s plan for your advancement. None of these things can.
Let today be the day you commit to the upward and forward life. Refuse to settle for anything less than God’s best. Don’t shrink your dreams to fit your current situation. Obey, move in His direction, and watch as your life becomes a testimony of continual progress, prosperity, and divine favour. Your story is not one of lack; it’s a story of becoming very great.
