Pengisian utama bagi Majlis Persada Kencana ini adalah untuk meraikan pelajar Ijazah Tinggi yang cemerlang dalam kategori penerbitan, paten dan produk melalui Anugerah Sanggar Sanjung (Kategori Pelajar). Sehubungan dengan itu, pihak IPS amat berbesar untuk menjemput semua staf/pelajar USM menghadiri majlis ini secara maya melalui platform Facebook Rasmi IPS dan Youtube IPS.
