so when i make changes across multiple nested files and don’t know how many there are, I do this First, I count the files with the required extensions

find folderName -type f \( -name "*.jsx" -o -name "*.tsx" \) | wc -l

then I compare that number with the number of changes in VS Code, Sometimes I touch more than 80 files at once, so this makes it nothing gets missed If you have a cleaner solution, I’m all ears

git reset HEAD~ and git stash saves a lot of time and energy
