It's normal to feel overwhelmed or stretched thin sometimes, but if constant stress has you feeling disillusioned, helpless and completely exhausted all the time, you may be on the road to burnout.
Here are a few things to consider as you work to regain your balance and feel hopeful again!

Just as we arrived into this world, we will also surely leave it. Make the most of your time on this earth, busy yourself with ‘Ibadah, with the remembrance of Allāh سبحانه و تعالى and live a life which is pleasing to Him.
Indeed Allah سبحانه وتعالى is always there, even when everything in your life turns upside down, have faith in Him and hold on to Him. Everything will be just right for He alone is enough to get us through tough times.
Building habits for better mental health can make a big difference in one's day-to-day life. It can lead to:
✨ clearer thinking
✨ improved mood
✨ reduced anxiety
✨ improved self-esteem and
✨ deeper relationships
Here are a few non-negotiables you may need to consider!
It is sometimes all too easy to forget that this dunya is temporary, while the Ākhirah is forever. We are all here to be tested, be it through hardship or ease.
Let's re-shift our focus and take small but consistent steps towards our Ākhirah, Inshā'Allāh
There are some things in life that you literally don't have a choice in. It is tied to your qadr. Part of living fully is to kneel down to what Allāh ﷻ chooses for you, and to accept it with open arms. Regardless of whether it carries beautiful gifts or difficult tests.
