What is frictionless tawakkul? To surrender to the Will of Allah without question and without any resistance. Whatever path He puts you on, you embrace and accept in your heart. This doesn’t mean you don’t try, you don’t strive or work towards a goal, that you must. But it means you get to free your heart and mind from needing a certain outcome to exist. You walk the path knowing and trusting that you will do your best but in the end whatever you experience is always going to be the best plan for you because it was devised by the best of planners and He (SWT) plans with ultimate wisdom and ultimate love and ultimate kindness. This is true liberation. This is what it means to live a life reflecting absolute trust in Allah.

Ya Allah, I hope for Your mercy. Do not leave me to myself even for a blink of an eye. Correct all of my affairs for me. There is none worthy of worship except You.

Ya Allah, the Most Merciful and the All-Knowing, I ask You to ease the burdens of all those who are suffering, whose hearts are heavy with sorrow and whose minds feel trapped with no way out. Ya Allah, grant them Your peace and relief. Replace their despair with hope, their weakness with strength, and their fears with comfort. Guide them towards the light of Your mercy, and make their trials a means of drawing closer to You. Ameen.

Many of us know the reality of struggle, and so many people suffer in silence. It’s hard. It’s hard not to give up when we face the repeated disappointments of life. What are the sources of stress and Islamic Solutions? Watch here: https://youtu.be/u2g2Ycip6TQ

If you ask Allah for guidance, be prepared to receive it. It might not come in a form you’ll initially like. It might hurt. And it’s out of love. This world is a means of attaining Jannah. And we don’t always treat it as a means. We want the best here, we all do. Of course we do. But you’ll stumble, you’ll misstep, and you’ll fall. You’ll feel alone, isolated, and misunderstood. It happens. But it’s not permanent. Don’t ever believe that it’s permanent. This life is transient. And so are the phases within this life. Allah sees your relief before it happens. It’s written for you, in shaa Allah. Don’t be afraid of His guidance, that guidance we’re all in dire need of. It might hurt. And it’s out of love.

When your heart is heavy & burdened & your mind sees no way out, that’s when you need to trust the Almighty & depend on Him even more. Don’t entertain negative thoughts from Satan. Rise above it. It won’t be easy but you must do it. Bear utmost patience & He will find a way out. - Mufti Menk

One day your ammi won't call you anymore. One day you will wish she had lived more days to enjoy your time with her. One day she'll stop telling you to stop with your jokes. One day she'll stop giving you the advices she thinks is right for you. One day you will find the house where she was always waiting for you with a cup of hot coffee upon arrival, empty. One day her voice will no longer be heard. One day, only memories will remain. Time flies and waits for nothing and nobody. And on that day, you will feel a void so great that nothing and no one can fill!

Temporary people are also important in our life for giving us life lessons, making us strong. People comes and go, some stay till the end and some don't. Don't be disheartened for those people who leaves us in the middle road of our life journey. Because they came in our life for a very short time, they didn’t come to stay with us. They were sent by Allah (SWT) to teach us some lessons or maybe for making us strong too. In the end, “what is meant for you, will reach you even if it is beneath two mountains. And what is not meant for you will not reach you even if it’s between your two lips.”

There are times when you may feel completely overwhelmed and exhausted. You feel like you have used every ounce of your energy to take care of everyone else and you have no energy to take care of yourself. The problem is that no one even notices all that you're doing. There are no words of appreciation and not even a helpful hand. There may even be criticism and complaints. Your eyes swell up with tears and you swallow the pain. How do you keep going when you feel completely depleted and under appreciated? Take a DEEP BREATH! Allah sees everything you're doing, even if your spouse, kids or family don't notice and don't give thanks. Allah will compensate for your hard work and sacrifices, inshaAllah in this dunya and the akhira. You'll feel the sweetness of iman as you do things for the sake of Allah and you will respect yourself for transcending your ego and the shaytan.

It's so common for people to suffer from depression and anxiety because they either regret the past. Beating yourself up for past mistakes does little to rectify your situation. It only leaves you feeling hopeless and worthless. In order to transform your mistakes into valuable life lessons learn from them and make them be the fuel for your new commitment to change. Be in the moment, let go of the past if it's holding you down and trust Allah for future plans. - Haleh Banani

I wanted something so badly. I kept praying for it, but every time I did, I would say to myself, "God knows how much I want this, so He probably won't give it to me because I want it so much." And then one day I realized: God says, "I am as My servant thinks I am." Why would He give me what I want when all I'm thinking is about how much He wouldn't? How little did I think of AlKareem, The Generous? The Prophet ﷺ said, ”Ask Allah with certainty that He will answer your prayers.” (Tirmidhi) And he ﷺ reassured us, "“Verily your Lord is Generous and Shy. If His servant raises his hands to Him (in supplication) He becomes shy to return them empty.” (Ahmad) It might not come in the same way we want it- maybe it will! Maybe it'll be better, or maybe we'll get it in the Hereafter or perhaps something evil will be prevented and averted from us because of our prayer. But in all those scenarios there is one common factor: God will answer. And His answer will be always be good. I went back to begging God to grant it to me, but this time, I was fervently certain that He would. As the months went by, as one year merged into the next, every time a doubt would enter my heart, I cast it away, I screamed at it and I would say: He HAS to answer. He WILL answer. This is Al Mujeeb! The One Who responds! Al Wadud- The Loving! And you know what? He did. And in a way of and a timing which was beyond my wildest hopes and dreams. “When God inspires your tongue to ask, know that He wants to give." - Ibn AtaAllah - Ustadha Maryam Amir

That unanswered Du'a you have been making for so long, is not only turning the storm from your path, but could be so dear to Him that He keep wanting you to repeat until He decides to give it to you. So do not lose hope and keep pleading, as your Lord is listening with Love.

I can't even count all the times I've been here... Surrounded by waves with no idea how I'll be saved. But it was always there. Every. Single. Time. No matter how dark it got. No matter how massive the waves grew. No matter how impossible. It was always there: a light in the distance that made me keep going. That made me keep hoping. I learned every single time that Allah would never let me drown. Never. And that no storm lasts forever.

Sometimes we forget that we need Allah’s help and guidance. When we get too caught up with dunya (this life) we often think we can do it on our own without His help. We have to know that nothing changes without the strength and power of Allah . We need to ask Him for His help, even if it is to get closer to Him, or become better at worshiping Him. We need to seek refuge in Allah in everything. It could be negative thoughts we have, our lack of productivity or even our lack of faith. We need to ask Allah to help us and guide us to the Straight Path.

Don't be afraid to make hard choices. ❝Then when you have taken a decision, put your trust in Allah, certainly, Allah loves those who put their trust (in Him)❞ {Surah At-Talaaq 65: Verse 3} Life is filled with moments that require us to make difficult decisions. These choices often test our courage, challenge our values, and push us outside our comfort zones. It's natural to feel apprehensive when faced with tough choices, but it's important to remember that these moments of decision-making can be pivotal in shaping our lives. Making hard choices is not synonymous with making wrong choices. In fact, it is often the hard choices that lead to personal growth, resilience, and a deeper understanding of ourselves. They force us to confront our fears, confront our limitations, and step into the realm of uncertainty. It is within this realm that we discover our true potential and develop the strength to overcome obstacles. ❝Whoever seeks the counsel of the Creator will not regret it and whoever seeks the advice of the believers will feel confident about his decisions.❞ [Bukhari]
