Yesterday I saw the worst video I’ve ever seen in my life of a Palestinian boy whose entire face was blown off. ➡️Today I just saw something worse. I sincerely earnestly didn’t think anything could be worse. Let me explain something to you. I’ve done trauma work my whole life. I worked in prisons full time for years. I was a counselor in a children’s hospital for kids who had been severely molested. I’ve had to study autopsies hundreds of times in my advocacy for police brutality victims. But what I saw tonight…. I can’t even repeat it. I wish I never saw it. And sadly, I used to think I was almost immune to these things because I’ve done this work for so long, but the genocide of the Palestinian people is the most gruesome, evil, depraved stuff I’ve ever seen or heard of. As soon as I saw it I swear I felt like my brain was going to break or I was going to scream or punch a wall or vomit. Or all of them. I’m deciding right now that I MUST drastically increase my work and efforts for Gaza. At every turn the corporations and governments of the world have tried to stop me, but I can’t, in good conscience, live another day seeing what I just saw without knowing I gave everything in my life to this cause. What I saw was so awful, and the child was STILL ALIVE, that it would NEVER be allowed in any movie. It would be banned. Never did I hope a child was dead, but I hope this sweet girl is no longer suffering and if she’s alive somehow, it won’t be much longer. Allah give us strength. Allah give ME strength. Please God! Give us wit, wisdom, tenacity, and fearlessness. Give us power. Sisters and brothers… It’s too much. It’s too much for anybody to have to endure this. They are trying to not only break the Palestinian people, they are trying to break all of us from ever thinking we can stop this. I just can’t accept that. I feel a rage in my bones, in my soul. And I’m deciding to embrace it.

ﻟﻘﺪ ﺗﺒﺪﻝ ﻭﺿﻊُ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﺑﻨﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ (ﷺ)، ﻭﺗﺒﻴﻨﺖ ﺣﻘﻴﻘﺔُ ﺍﻟﺈﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻜﻮﻥ ﻭﻣﺎﻫﻴﺘُﻬﻤﺎ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﺭ، ﻭﺍﻧﻜﺸﻔﺖ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻀﻴﺎﺀ. ﻓﻈﻬﺮ: ﺃﻥ ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩﺍﺕ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻜﺎﺗﻴﺐ ﺻﻤﺪﺍﻧﻴﺔ ﺗﺴﺘﻘﺮﺉ ﺍﻟﺄﺳﻤﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺤﺴﻨﻰ، ﻭﻣﺄﻣﻮﺭﺍﺕ ﻣﻮﻇﻔﺎﺕ، ﻭﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩﺍﺕ ﻧﻔﻴﺴﺔ ﺫﺍﺕ ﻣﻌﻨﻰ ﻭﻣﻐﺰﻯ ﺗﻠﻴﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﻘﺎﺀ. ﻓﻠﻮﻟﺎ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﺭ ﻟﻈﻞ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﻥُ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﺭﺍ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻇﻠﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺄﻭﻫﺎﻡ، ﻣﺤﻜﻮﻣﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﻠﻖ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺪﻡ، ﺗﺎﻓﻬﺎ ﺩﻭﻥ ﻣﻌﻨﻰ ﻭﺩﻭﻥ ﻧﻔﻊ، ﺑﻞ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻋﺒﺜﺎ ﻭﺳﺪﻯ ﻭﻭﻟﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﻓﺔ. ﻭﻟﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺴﺮ ﻓﺈﻥ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻲﺀٍ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺄﺭﺽ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻤﺎﺀ، ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺜﺮﻯ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺜﺮﻳﺎ ﻳﺴﺘﻀﻲﺀ ﺑﻨﻮﺭﻩ (ﷺ) ﻭﻳﺒﺪﻯ ﻋﻠﺎﻗﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺜﻠﻤﺎ ﻳﺆﻣّﻦ ﺍﻟﺈﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻟﺪﻋﺎﺋﻪ ﻭﻟﺎ ﻏﺮﻭ ﺃﻥ ﺭﻭﺡ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻤﺪﻳﺔ ﻭﻣﺨَّﻬﺎ ﺇﻧﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ ﺑﻞ ﺇﻥ ﺣﺮﻛﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﻥ ﻭﻭﻇﺎﺋﻔﻪ ﺟﻤﻴﻌﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻲ ﺇﻟّﺎ ﻧﻮﻉ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ، ﻓﻨﻤﻮ ﺍﻟﺒﺬﺭﺓ ﻭﺗﺤﻮﻟﺎﺗﻬﺎ ﻣﺜﻠﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺇﻟّﺎ ﻧﻮﻉ ﻣﻦ ﺩﻋﺎﺀ ﻟﺒﺎﺭﺋﻬﺎ ﻟﺘﺼﺒﺢ ﺷﺠﺮﺓ ﺑﺎﺳﻘﺔ. الكلمات - 75
