$MSTR - STRATEGY BUYS 4,603 BITCOIN FOR $369.7 MILLION
Strategy purchased 4,603 BTC for $369.7 million between Aug. 24-30, at an average price of $80,318 per bitcoin.
The company now holds 845,050 BTC, acquired for $63.73 billion at an average $75,412 per BTC.
Strategy funded the purchases through MSTR share sales, raising $602.8 million in total net proceeds during the period.
It also repurchased $151.8 million of STRC preferred stock and reported $5.10 billion in USD reserves.
