I carefully watch tomorrow’s CPI data. If numbers came higher, that is going to make more pain in the market. The forecasts are lower than last month but, these forecasts have been priced, we want lower than these forecasts to push the stocks higher.

Maybe selling off is not a good thing for a stockholder, but this amount of liquidity is going somewhere, so that area is important for me. Destinations are soft or hard landings. Soft landing means after the hikes, the economy will be stable. Hard landing means recession. In the second scenario, gold is the best buy. In the first scenario, equity and risk assets are the best.

After FED meeting, BOE didn't help the market, instead by saying that BOE forecasts the UK economy will slide into recession, the market is in risk aversion mode. We already know that the global economy is slowing down. After today's BOE meeting, the market is thinking maybe BOE is not the one and other central banks will join too.

Rejecting 75 bps is helping risk trade. I believe that Powell has done a great job. This speech is going to help the market breathe from recent moves. As I said, future moves are going to be a retracement. More lockdown in China and food shortages are important keys to watch.

Powell: There is a broad consensus that 50 bps hikes should be on the table at the next couple meetings. Further surprises could be in store. Q&A: We are not actively considering 75 bps. We have a good chance for a 'soft or softies landing', cites strong labor market and balance sheets It will not be easy to achieve a soft landing.

There is nothing mentioned about the next meetings, but I will wait for Powell for more comments.
