FII selling has started, just as I had predicted, and as a result, our market is now entering a consolidation phase. A major fall is unlikely, but we also won’t see much movement in the market over the coming months.
I understand FII psychology well, and I use that insight to predict future market movements. I never rely on chart patterns to determine market trends—I only track FII activity, which provides a clear and reliable outlook for the future.
This consolidation is part of a time correction phase. During this period, you may notice your portfolio slowly declining, The Q4 result season has concluded, and there are no significant events lined up to maintain the momentum in the market.During this consolidation phase, stocks may remain stagnant or move sideways. However, long-term investors should continue to hold their positions, as these stocks are likely to outperform once the next bull run begins.
I will soon begin publishing a new list of potential multibagger stocks, just as we did in 2023–24.
