Last week, I mentioned that once FIIs returned from their Christmas vacation, they would likely sell heavily due to the higher U.S. bond yields. Today, we witnessed significant FII selling, but DIIs partially absorbed it, which helped the market recover strongly. When the market rebounds and certain stocks recover sharply, it indicates that DIIs are interested in those stocks. However, I do not foresee a significant market movement until the Q3 results are announced. Minor fluctuations are possible, but the future of our market largely depends on the U.S. 10-year bond yield. From next week, we can expect a sector-specific pre-budget rally characterized by pump-and-dump activity. Today, shrimp sector stocks like Avanti Feeds, Apex Frozen, and Waterbase experienced a run-up, a trend commonly observed before the budget. It is crucial to identify the right entry and exit points in such stocks.
