The Hang Seng market in China has dropped by 7% after a sharp rally following the stimulus package announcement. In my YouTube video, I explained that FIIs (Foreign Institutional Investors) were targeting short-term gains, and now we are seeing profit booking in the Chinese market. This suggests that FIIs may continue to book profits after their short-term gains. This is what I consider perfect market analysis. Unlike others who discuss general factors like war or elections, we have consistently pinpointed the actual cause of the market decline. Since September 27th, we have focused on China as the sole reason for the market fall, without changing the narrative. We will continue to monitor the FII selling figures to see if they are decreasing.
If Nifty sustains above the 24,800 level after 1 PM, when FIIs are typically active, we can confirm that the market has likely formed a bottom, and a slow recovery can be expected in the coming days. I anticipate a significant rally after Q2 results are announced, but only those stocks that deliver outstanding Q2 results and provide strong future growth guidance from management will participate in this rally. Therefore, before engaging in bottom fishing, please keep in mind that, not every stock will recover in this market.
