The Sweet Track, a Neolithic timber walkway dating back 5830 years, is situated in the Somerset Levels of England and was uncovered in 1970. Initially, it was part of an extensive network of tracks designed to offer a dry route through the marshy terrain.

Because the foundation of our world is built on a false manuscript. The spells of written words that has cast us under the influences of manipulators. It can be difficult to overcome the sorcery that has stolen nature from us. The nature we once understood how to dwell in, and the human nature within. We have been hypnotised with variety of 'entertainment' that mafia controls, from the moment we come into this world. Born in soulless hospitals with doctors who sell drugs for pharmaceutical corporations who get rich from bad health. Our food has no spiritual exchange and grows in concentration camps of suffering, that the masses ingest. Our feminine has been programmed to think killing the true miracle of life itself is liberating. And the powerful protector and selfless nurturer that the initiation into motherhood brings, is repressive. When in truth, it is the most empowering thing. Our men have been butchered and shell-shocked for centuries. Used as cannon fodder for wars that only push them further into enslavement. Their warrior fire is channelled into the games, so they are too distracted to revolt. And they have been demonised and abused through psychological warfare that only ever shows them in a good light when the war pigs are gathering. Our children are growing up with constant technology, screens into a virtual reality, further and further away from nature and the great spirit within. The first nations of The West that our ancestors built have been plundered for quite some time now. The countries we once recognised are being ripped open and torn apart. The community and connection to our people gone. Life has become work, embedded with a financial system that traps us in slavery while freedom becomes a distant memory. And are experiencing the early stages of genocide by a hostile force. And severely gaslit when we express concern about it. Our history is rewritten before our eyes, and we are humiliated in rituals of replacement. Our abusers telling us how great the world would be without us, yet still needing to use us in that process. A parasitical force, draining life itself from our vessels, while stealing from our inventive fire and creating technology from it that is antinature at its core. The truth is we do not have to comply to any of this. It's just sorcery, a very old spell, going back thousands of years. My ancestors once dwelled on an island full of trees and magic. It's class of Druids were seen as such a threat they were annihilated. And it is on my island these criminals have stationed many of their operations on for a good few centuries. Much of the 'history' we are allowed to feel pride in was really the case of past exploitation. Our warrior lineage used in the architecture designed by a blood cult that gets more powerful the more of us it sacrifices. Where traditions were replaced with banking systems that squeezed us like lemons. And manufactured identities that divide an extended family in constant conflict. Fake patriotism manufactured by criminal institutions that never cared anything for us. Maybe the way to win is to let those who still hear the faint sounds of the otherworldly spirits, reclaim the sacred knowledge to know how to resist the magic our people are blinded with. We must remember our native spirit. The strength of our ancestors who faced the dark winter without modern comforts. That Promethean spirit that tamed the horse and navigated the sea. The creative spark of our lineage that took us to the skies.

We must overcome the exploitation of our empathy. We can still carry kindness in our heart and set boundaries with toxic influences. Leaving an abuser is one of the hardest things. The power the abuser wields over you blinds you from your inner strength. You don't feel good, but you don't know how to live without them. You lack confidence and self-belief, as over time they have taken this from you. They have gaslit you and made you feel empty and worthless. They have made you think life without a dependence on them is impossible or eradicated even the idea of freedom from memory. They feel all-powerful and you feel weak, but you keep on going day to day, pretending to yourself this is normal without even remembering you are pretending anymore. However, within you is the strength. Within us is power. And this situation we are in starts with first empowering yourself. To believe in yourself. To love. On a personal scale to connect with the nature around. To not give so much of ourselves to this abusive society, and then with time we have to strength to not give any energy to us. We can reclaim our confidence and over come the abuse. We can remember who we really are, and life without them. We can rise, or we can fade away and die. We only have one option, to overcome. And I have faith we can, even if it is darkest before the dawn.
