Want to take a sneak peak into our production? Here’s part of our process for filling our Tiny 2G disposables. Today, we’re filling Glaze, a yummy strawberry donut flavor that many of you love. This is 1 of 3 of our semi automatic filling machines that we are using today. It is extremely precise with filling accuracy ensuring every single vape is exactly the same. Next step is capping which we will seal the vape by hand and do a quick visual check for filling accuracy and spills before it gets passed on to stage 3 quality control. Lastly we start packing and sealing it into a Mylar bag to keep it fresh and clean until it gets to you to be opened up! Have any questions or want to see more about our process feel free to ask us!
