If anyone facing this issue because I put the rnx to bookworm updating bullseye to bookworm now I set rnx it back to bullseye to solve this issue force stop rnx neo app clear data of rnx core app then open rnx neo app this will reinstall rnx linux all data of rnx will be deleted or you can ignore the error

We increases RNX frame rate in Next version of RNX Linux will be intergrated in RNX I/O due to android limit data exchange speed between apps so , in next no need of termux any more I will inform you when Upload on Play Store still i need to work on UI so it may take time
