Perhaps you’ll notice the animals around you are becoming more active and nature is starting to wake up now at the northern hemisphere. It’s a time for change, and a time for your life force to move as it desires to do so during this time of the year. If nothing else add a walk through your neighborhood to your life. Anything that will help you move your energy, at least once a week, but twice would be even better.
