Alinsunod ito sa desisyon ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Lungsod ng Quezon na hindi magbigay ng permit para sa orihinal na venue (Quezon Memorial Circle). Mangyayari ang ating pagtitipon sa Ateneo de Manila University campus. Bagamat ikinalulungkot namin ito, iginagalang namin ang pasya ng lokal na pamahalaan.
