Note :✅We have completed an important step in our progress by moving our MT5 server to new infrastructure in London.
What does this mean? It means faster execution, a more stable connection, and lower latency for our clients.
Yesterday we experienced some issues with execution quality, and we appreciate the patience of you, our partners, and our clients. The migration is now fully complete and execution quality is great again.

Everyone We are pleased to inform you that MetaTrader 5 (MT5) maintenance has been completed and the service has been restored. if clients are still unable to log in to their MT5 account, please follow the troubleshooting steps below: For MT5 Mobile Application:
Update the MT5 application to the latest version.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the MT5 application.
Remove the existing trading account completely from the MT5 application.
Re-add the trading account, select the appropriate CXM server, and log in again using the trading account credentials. For MT5 Desktop: If clients are unable to locate or connect to the CXM server, they may manually enter the following server address in the Server field: Server: 13.41.117.95:1955 Then proceed to log in using your MT5 trading account credentials. [image] These steps are recommended as the previous server information may still be cached within the application following the maintenance. If cleints are still unable to log in after completing the above steps, please provide us with your trading account number and a screenshot of the error message so we can further investigate the matter.

Good morning everyone CXM is adding new servers and our Prime account will be available from next week. All the clients have been notified about the maintenance by email and also it is showing as a pop up in their member area.
