2. Momentum indicators are showing bullish divergences

All the top tier coins are in a massive purgatory phase where it is behaving like a true mature asset class.

Very interesting.
The 1D RSI recorded its lowest reading during this drop vs the entire 2021-2022 bear market.
There wasn’t a single instance where RSI reached this low vs the previous cycle.
This could mean the current cycle move was more one-sided and extremely momentum heavy. It most likely means momentum capitulated, and not necessarily a price capitulation.
This often creates conditions for a sizable mean-reversion bounce, but it does not automatically confirm the macro bottom.
The bullish interpretation for a sizable bounce is that sellers may be overextended and late shorts are HIGHLY vulnerable at least in the upcoming short term until the RSI neutralizes again where we will get the necessary balance restored from the bulls and bears (open interest included).
It can still print lows, but it's evident that a sizable bounce is incoming.
