The children from the Mahani family were targeted in their apartment on the fourth floor of the Noorland building at 6 a.m. today. The children were Osman Khalil Mahani, 16, and Kamal Khalil Mahani, 12. Both children lost their lives. Two other civilians were also killed in the same Israeli attack: Sahar Salim Al-Samouni "Juha", 50, and her daughter Nermin Misbah Juha.
