The circuit above consumes few microamps and shutdowns a load if a voltage drops below threshold. Turns out that LT1495 is quite expensive. MCP6441 looks the same, but I didn't test it yet. Also, pay note to hysteresis (R5), this eliminates a bounce and increase the noise immunity when A and B voltages are close to each other.
