*✌✌ HEARTIEST CONGRATULATIONS ✌✌* To *Dr Minam Akbar* For passing MRCP UK Part 1. We wish her the best for her future.

*IMPORTANT 125* *Some signs of Aortic Regurgitation* Collapsing (water-hammer) pulse Wide pulse pressure Displaced, hyperdynamic apex beat High-pitched early diastolic murmur (heard best in expiration, with patient sat forward) paceUrMRCP.

*IMPORTANT 124* *Aortic stenosis and sclerosis* Aortic sclerosis is a senile degeneration of the valve. There is an ejection systolic murmur, but no carotid radiation, and normal pulse (character and volume) and S2. paceUrMRCP.

*IMPORTANT 123* *Some signs of Aortic Stenosis:* Slow rising pulse with narrow pulse pressure Heaving, non-displaced apex beat LV heave Aortic thrill Ejection systolic murmur (radiates to the carotids) S1 is usually normal. As stenosis worsens, A2 is increasingly delayed, giving first a single S2 and then reversed splitting. But this sign is rare More common is a quiet A2. In severe AS, A2 may be inaudible (calcified valve). There may be an ejection click or an S4. paceUrMRCP.

*✌✌ HEARTIEST CONGRATULATIONS ✌✌* To *Dr Gouri* For passing PACES MRCP UK from Malaysia We wish him the best for his future.
