Responsibility is not a duty, but a realization that you always have a choice. "You have to" means you don't want to do it, but you do it because " it's the thing to do". We choose all of our actions for ourselves. Even when you are forced to obey, we still have a choice, but there is a huge difference between "I choose" and "I must". Responsibility is not a consequences. It's a free choice.
