[Announcement] Information about User Enrollment Email Hi everyone! We know that a lot of you have been having questions about the enrolment emails. Thus I am here, just to provide some clarity on this. ✔️ Enrolment emails to all users signed up till 8th July (Today), 3:00 PM have been sent Please note that we have sent the emails to all the users who enrolled in the program until today, 3:00 PM. Please check spam/junk/promotions folder for the email. If you have not received the email, then it could be one of these reasons: 🚫 Either you have submitted an incorrect URL and thus no access code is assigned to you. Please submit the form again. 🚫 Either you have submitted an incorrect email Id thus the email was not delivered to you. Please submit the form again. Solution: If you have done everything right and still didn't get the email, then reach out to our support team at arcade-facilitator@google.com and they will provide you with your access code and the instructions to redeem it. Some other points of concern: 1. We checked and made sure that the referral code is working fine. So please make sure that there are no trailing spaces when entering the code as that is what generally causes the issue. [Announcement]First set of schwags ordering URLs are going out now ✔ Hey everyone! Hope you are all well & excited to order your schwags. Just wanted to give you all a heads up as we are sending out the first set of "Schwags Ordering URLs" today. Here are some of the commonly asked questions that might come to you.🙂 Q. I did not receive the "Schwags Ordering" email whereas my friend did. When will I receive it? A. Hi there! Please note that the Google is sending out the "Schwags Ordering" email only to those students who successfully filled the "Schwags Claim" form earlier before the deadline of 24th July 2022. If you didn't fill the form on time, then I am afraid you will not receive this email as per the rules. If you think you filled the form before the deadline and still didn't receive it, then please reach out to gcrfacilitator@qwiklabs.com and they will help you here. Q. I filled the "Schwags Claim" form before my friend, but still he got the "Schwags Ordering" email and I didn't, why is that? A. Hi there! If you filled the schwags claim form correctly with your registered email ID and your email ID is no incorrect, then you will surely receive this email. Note that sometimes the emails from Google might end up in SPAM/PROMOTIONS folder and thus you are not able to find it in your inbox. Please do make sure to check those folders and look for the email there. If you still cannot find it, please reach out to the support team at gcrfacilitator@qwiklabs.com and they will help you with this. Q. I submitted my order in the portal but I did not receive an email confirmation regarding it. What to do? A. Hi there! Please note that the "Schwags Ordering" platform called Printo, does NOT send out any confirmation emails once you place your order. If you wish to confirm whether your order was received by the platform or not, you can just navigate back to your unique "Schwags Ordering" URL and confirm it from there as it will start showing that you order is in progress. Q. How can I track the shipment of my schwags? A. Hi there! You can track your shipment using the same "Schwags Ordering" platform called Printo once your schwags get shipped. Note that it can take around 1-2 months before your schwags get shipped and you will start seeing updates there, so please be patient. Q. By when should I expect my schwags to be delivered? A. Hi there! Due to the huge participation in the program and the customisation required on each schwags, the production can take a little more time than expected. On top of that, depending upon your provided location, it can take some time for the schwags to reach you. Hence it can take around 2-3 months before you have them. Hence we request you to please be patient and do not worry as you will surely receive your prizes and Google is trying to get them to you as soon as possible. Q. By mistake I submitted the wrong details on the platform, is there something I can do to get this fixed? A. Hi there! Please drop an email to printose@printo.in with your registered email ID along with the corrections ASAP and they will correct those for you. Note that no changes will be made once your schwags gets shipped. Q. I mistakenly made my unique "Schwags Ordering" URL public and now someone else has ordered the schwags using it. Can I get another URL? A. Hi there! You should not have shared your unique URL publicly and it should have been kept private as was mentioned on the email that you received. We are really sorry but as per the rules of the program, every winner is only entitled to 1 "Schwags Ordering" URL and unfortunately Google won't be able to issue another URL to you. [Announcement for Career Readiness Program] Questions regarding the Career Readiness Program: If your students are reaching out to you asking questions about the career readiness program, then please ask them to expect to receive a separate email from Google in the first week of August which will contain all the information about it and how they can become a part of it.

[ANNOUNCEMENT] ✅ Students will receive their schwags claim form soon We will be sending out the schwags claim form to all the students who are eligible to receive the prizes. Please keep an eye out for our email & fill it ASAP. Note: The subject of the email will be - "Congratulations! Claim your schwags | GoogleCloudReady Facilitator Program". Remember to to look it up under their spam/promotions folder. To avoid getting the email in SPAM - Add our email Id in your contacts. Follow the instructions here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tp3HcxL3pOk & use "Google Cloud Education" as First Name and "googlecloudedu-noreply@google.com" as Email instead of "Qwiklabs" & "support@qwiklabs.com" in the video. Any student who does not fill the form will not be able to claim the prizes. So do remember to fill it before the mentioned deadline i.e. 24th July 2022 11:59 PM IST. ✅ When should you or students expect to receive the UNIQUE URL to order the schwags? We will be sending the UNIQUE URL to order schwags to you in 7-14 days once you fill the claim form. Once you order the schwags, it can take around 2 months for you to get the schwags, so please ask be patient till then. ✅ Questions regarding the career readiness program You will receive a separate email from Google in the first week of August which will contain all the information about it and how they can become a part of it.
