regardless if its to be presented in court or not, or just because it was meant to be private doesn't mean you can lie and twist things towards your favour. you were concerned about the victims mental health but what about mine? or all of the other sellers that you falsely accused in your statement to the police? just because i don't broadcast my struggles to my channel (ironic, seeing as you voiced your displeasure of rants on channels to the police) doesn't mean i don't have my bad days. you mentioned that i was not involved in the police report, yet you inserted my name in because you had a bad personal opinion of me. was it necessary to paint us in such a bad light without further clarification from us? i wonder if people can empathise with the feeling of being wronged and yet not daring to speak up for yourself because you are afraid you would make the situation worse. the amount of anxiety and stress i got from being maligned... yet the person that falsely accuses me just conveniently decides to exclude themselves from the narrative that they came up with themselves. for someone who seemingly advocates so much about another's mental health, did mine simply not matter? was the stress and anxiety you put everyone through unimportant until you were called out and had to do something about your channel's reputation? besides calling me an indirect bully for opening items at lower prices, you also accused me of steering you away from the victim's profit listing to buy from another non-profit seller. however, the fact is that: 1. you had already purchased the item from the victim and was complaining to me about your regret, please note you brought up the victim's listing first in our conversation 2. out of goodwill & because i treated you like a friend, i recommended another seller (which was not my friend) because of her transparency in prices so why did you twist the story to suit your narrative? there are so many other issues in your statement that i can bring up but i am not going to. after all that has been said on your channel, there’s not a single line that indicates whatever i’ve said was ever untrue. what i am looking for is accountability of your words (since you did mention you still stand by your statement 100% even after we confronted you with evidence). furthermore, this could have been settled privately if you had responded. yet, you only choose to respond when your business reputation was at stake. although i doubt you will further respond or reflect on your actions, i still hope you will think about your words before writing such a one-sided statement (that isn't 100% true, to the police no less). and since you stand by your statement, to not run away and absolve all responsibility after being called out. still, you once said that you prefer to act like mature adults; to talk it out first and avoid any drama. if you’re ever ready to take ownership for the stress you’ve put me through and talk it out, i'd be happy to listen to your side of the story. after all, i'm just a dm away :) regards, gladys aka seller a ❤️
