[NOTICE] Regarding Armada Sub Force Anomaly & Rewards Retrieval Greetings, Admirals. We’ve identified an anomaly (bug) where the limitation of Armada Sub Force Rewards/Attempts was reset after the update on 8/25 UTC (8/24 PDT). This has been fixed via server reboot on 8/28 UTC (8/27 PDT). However, due to the server reboot, some Admirals acquired reward quantities that were inconsistent with the intended design. Considering the influences that this may cause, affecting the fairness of the game environment, we have decided to retrieve the extraneous rewards that were distributed and reimburse Armada Detection Sonobuoy items excessively used due to this anomaly. Please note that we will only retrieve the extraneous rewards that were distributed. This retrieval will not affect rewards obtained via normal means, or the rewards that were intended. And, Armada Detection Sonobuoy items used excessively will be reimbursed. Please read below for more details. ■ Retrieval Process of Excessive Armada Sub Force Rewards 1. In-game mail will be sent to the Admirals who acquired excessive rewards. 2. After we notify you via in-game mail, we will temporarily lock access to the account to retrieve the items/rewards. 3. Retrieval time may vary depending on the rewards obtained. Access will be restored once the retrieval is completed. ※ It may take time to complete to retrieve rewards and it can be ongoing even after the Maintenance on 9/8 UTC (9/7 PDT). ※ If the obtained rewards have already been used, we will withdraw the comparable value of the in-game items. ※ Armada Detection Sonobuoy items excessively used due to the anomaly will be reimbursed after the retrieval.
