✅The Answer is :✅ At first this is a real case from doctor Mona elnamer: 1_ pregnant women exposed to rubella infection. 2_ 1st step is check an (IGg) , to know is the pregnant women immune against rubella or not . If IGg + >>> means has previous infection thus it is immune here we must do the IGg agin after 2 weeks, to make sure there is no increasing in titer if increasing in titer that mean current infection. 3_ seronegative IGg >>> That mean pregnant women has not immunity against rubella infection >>>> nxt step to do is ( IGM) , to confirm an current infection >>>> if IGM ++ >>> Nxt step is ( profelaxes I.M immunoglobuline).
