β’ To execute daily operations in accordance to the processes and procedures established.
β’ To report any service-related issues, escalations or failures to the supervisor.
β’ To liaise and follow up with customers on the delivery status.
β’ To perform proper follow up procedures on all expedited shipments.
β’ To perform all reporting in a timely and appropriate manner.
β’ To work collaboratively with the warehouse and transport team to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments.
β’ To update shipment status into the system.
β’ Any other duties as assigned.

β’ currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.

* Working in the Production Centre and Cleanroom environment
* Responsible for daily/weekly maintenance and troubleshooting of the Tools and Equipment
* Handling testing and troubleshooting of the components and/or final assembled equipment
* In-charge of the set-up and calibration of the equipment/machine/tool
* Understanding electrical/mechanical diagrams and drawings
* Handling technical reporting, fault failure analysis
* Assisting with Quality Assurance & Quality Control checks
β οΈ Requirement:
* NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Microelectronics or any Engineering related studies
* Experience in Assembly, Build, Test, Preventive Maintenance
