🆕 (Beta) SOCKS5 WITH UDP SUPPORT - Now available for all proxies Following today's maintenance we have implemented support for the socks5 protocol (with the ability to proxify UDP traffic too!). We are testing this with a restricted number of customers for the next few days to make sure everything works as expected, before releasing it to the public. During this beta-testing phase, we'll need to enable the SOCKS5 protocol individually for your account in case you want to test it. Feel free to text Diego @airproxy asking to enable your account for SOCKS5. Once done, you can use SOCKS5 by simply switching your proxy protocol from HTTP to SOCKS5 in your browser/bot/anti-detect software. The HTTP protocol will still be available as usual, just SOCKS5 will be added and, as we support both HTTP and SOCKS5 on the same port, you won't need to change your proxy credentials or ports! ✅ RESOLVED We have just solved the remaining issues. Maintenance has been completed.

⚠️ API service disruption We have faced an issue during the maintenance which caused the public IP of the proxies not to be shown and the Change IP feature not to work. We are working on it and are close to a resolution. Should take a few more minutes only.

❕PLANNED MAINTENANCE Tomorrow, 29th Aug, around 16:00 Rome time we'll conduct a major upgrade which will cause 5-10 minutes of downtime on the website, API and proxies. This general code upgrade is needed to move forward to support the socks5 + UDP protocol, which will be released for all proxies in the next 7-15 days. No proxy detail will need to be changed to use socks5 when available, just a switch of protocol used from HTTP to socks5 on your end.

✉️ AirSMS restock We've just added ~40 new numbers on AirSMS. Bet365, Eurobet and Sisal are in stock again.

🆕 50 NUMBERS ADDED TO AIRSMS We've just added 50 numbers to AirSMS. Bet365, Eurobet and Sisal are in stock again.

⚠️ WIND DOWN IN S3 Wind proxies located in s3.airproxy.io are down from 5 minutes due to an issue on the operator's end. As it's out of our control, we are waiting for them to solve this and we'll keep the situation monitored closely.

❕INSTAGRAM SCRAPING We have received feedback from customers about changes on Instagram's end that affected their success rate of unauthenticated scraping calls. The most impacted operators are WindTre and Vodafone. The issue affects connections from these operators even when no proxy is involved. We do have other operators which grant a 99% success rate at the moment. Please get in contact with us if you were affected by Instagram changes: @airproxy

⚠️ WIND DEGRADED PERFORMANCES IN S4 Wind tower nearby S4 is currently down. Modems in s4.airproxy.io are connecting to a more distant tower until it comes up. For this reason, you will experience slow speeds until it's resolved. We are online and available for an immediate proxy replace if you have urgency.

The ISP confirmed to have solved the SMS reception issue. We have re-nabled their numbers on AirSMS. Keeping the situation monitored.

❕ BET365 numbers not receiving SMSes Since yesterday, the numbers we handed out for Bet365 aren't receiving any SMS. We suspect that Bet365 might have received from other bookmakers a list of numbers that were already registered there and they provided to blacklist them, as we could receive SMSes from freshly registered SIM cards. We are working on implementing a logic to AirSMS for which fresh numbers (least used on other services) will be handed out first.

⚠️ WIND PROXIES IN S3 - DEGRADED SERVICE Wind proxies located in s3.airproxy.io are currently working slow or intermittently due to a KO on the Wind's BTS where that server room connects to. Modems are connecting to a more distant BTS, hence why they'll still work, but with poor performances. Wind is already aware of the issue. Similiar incidents in the past years took ~12 hours to solve.

UPDATE: WindTre has confirmed this to be a nationwide issue affecting their data-only SIM cards. We are waiting for them to restore service on affected ones. https://downdetector.it/problemi/windtre/

⚠️ WINDTRE PARTIALLY DOWN (10%) We are seeing 10% of our WindTre proxies/sim cards not able to browse the internet despite correctly being attached to the 4G network. The issue is spread across all 6 server room, each one connecting to a different cell tower, indicating it's a widespread issue on the carrier's end. If still unsolved, we'll get more info from the carrier in the early mornign (currently 2:12AM). Keeping this post updated, Diego

⚠️ WEBSITE OFFLINE Airproxy.io is currently offline from a few minutes. Proxies are working, but API Change IP requests are failing. We are investigating.

❕IP CHANGE ISSUES We are currently seeing some issues with IP change requests on some modems/proxies. Investigating and updating as soon as it's solved.
