Hello everyone, one of the common problem (or distraction) is led by Social Media during Preparation time. Many people (or so called toppers) suggests that they have deleted their social media accounts and blah blah.. I think we can adopt different strategy here, considering Telegram has become imp player for UPSC aspirant. Everything is available here for free. So, one strategy which I followed and it worked was- Turn off your notifications from settings of social media apps (not muting from TG but from settings options-> app notifications). Initially, you will feel that let's check kuch imp msg aaya hoga and it happened for me too. But, please note one thing if there is something important and someone wants you to know immediately they will call you. So , if you are not checking your Telegram for 5-6 hrs you'll not loose anything rather it will improve concentration and better output. Adopt this for one week and tell me in comment section, if there is some improvement in your output. Thank you

Considering Prelims is approximately around 125 days away. Better to follow this strategy ⤵️
