Dubai is mostly the golden standard. You pay for appropriately priced housing because the land and the materials are 50/50.
In Zurich and especially in Monaco! we start to see that we actually pay more for competition, whether in Batumi you pay mostly for what you build.
I think it’s a really valuable stats because with this you can see how undervalued or overvalued the region is.
There are some things I don’t like about Batumi which I feel like a downgrade comparing my life to Switzerland. Yet, the golden standard is still Dubai and it will be much better than Switzerland. And yet, while the quality of life is less in Batumi than in Dubai, you pay INCREDIBLY much less than in Dubai, while you still get no war and a climate oasis.
Give it several decades and I think it might become even better than Dubai because of weather and no war. To that time obviously prices will be already properly valued. So if you want to buy a huge mansion for 2mil$ which would cost maybe hundreads of millions in Monaco, you can now actually do it. And maybe after a decade or more, you will most probably see an increase of its value to at least 10 times. I think a very good investment in housing here if you consider it. | 81 |

It might be as simple as fee deduction for big holders, but it would be weird to announce before V3 release.
It might be RP season conversion, but it’s not hidden, every team member says after V3 release - the end of season.
It might be crosschain, but not having V3 on other chains while having crosschain is highly unlikely.
Also what I tried to very persistently promote is Upscale integration into Storm. I even talked about it with CEO, Denis, when I met him and I think I have very strong reasoning behind it to which he mostly agrees. The problem when we talked was a high uncertainty of consequences. The references were mostly stocks and only HYPE, almost no one does it in crypto. But yet it still has a very strong reasoning - the main one is building their own capital through increasingly more trusted token (if they would integrate highly profitable Upscale). They wouldn’t be limited by locks, they wouldn’t be accused in scam because they support one token of their company = their products, so it’s really a good alternative, especially if we consider creating one more token for Upscale what have so many problems what will be justified only by the need to get more financing (and they don’t have this need).
So it really might be the most probable scenario what they bring for $STORM token, although so infrequent in crypto that it’s hard to believe, but believe me, these guys are smart ones, they exactly understand what it could bring to them. | 78 |
