Ever wondered how to use SQL? In this beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll use SQLite to learn the basics of SQL, from writing simple queries to analysing trends. Using an e-commerce dataset, you’ll get hands-on experience applying SQL to real-world scenarios, such as tracking customer behaviour, inspecting product trends, and more!
Beginners and those looking to refresh their SQL knowledge are welcome!
Prerequisites
To get the most out of the workshop, please complete the following setup beforehand:
- Install DB Browser for SQLite or another SQLite database browser of your choice
- Download the sample data from the workshop's GitHub repository

Make your own music using a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) and stand a chance to win prizes!
In this Hackerspace collaboration with NUS Electronic Music Lab (EML), play around with the free DAW BandLab and produce your own songs using only your phone/laptop.
Prizes will be determined by a judges' panel that will rank the best songs submitted!
