🌹 Fentanyl in RA for labor. ❤️- للتسكين وخاصة في عمليات labor. ❤️- لادارة الالم بعد العمليه في epidural. ❤️- في spinal anesthesia نعطي عشر جرعه fentanyl الذي نعطيها في الوريد. مثال: وزن المريض 75 كليو جرام. جرعة الفنتانيل 2mcg/kg - يعني اذا استخدمنا الفنتانيل للتسكين في التخدير العام سوف نعطي 150ميكروجرام. - اذا استخدمنا الفنتانيل في التخدير الشوكي spinal نعطي 15ميكروا جرام فقط. ❤️- في epidural anesthesia نعطي نفس جرعه fentanyl الذي نعطيها في الوريد. - يعني اذا استخدمنا الفنتانيل للتسكين في التخدير العام سوف نعطي 150ميكروجرام. - واذا استخدمنا الفنتانيل في التخدير فوق الجافيه بنعطي 150ميكروجرام. ❤️- تركيز الادوية الموضعية التي نستخدمها في spinal analgesia ربع تركيز الادويه التي نستخدمها في spinal anesthesia. حساب حجم ml جرعة ادويه التخدير النصفي لا يعتمد كثيرا على وزن المريض... وانما على مستوى الحقن. حجم السائل للدواء 1-2ml لكل فقرة في adult. - تركيز ادويه التخدير الناحي تعتمد على مستوى الحقن ونوع الاجراء ومدة الاجراء وتقنية التخدير هل تخدير ام تسكين. http://t.me/anesthesia_gaata

Horner's syndrome ماهي هذا المتلازمه Horner's syndrome Combination of drooping of the ptosis, miosis and anhidrosis. Redness of the conjunctiva of the eye is often also present. Indicates a problem with the sympathetic nervous system. Some causes , Due to lesion or compression of one side of the cervical or thoracic sympathetic chain, which generates symptoms on the ipsilateral (same side as lesion) side of the body. , Lateral medullary syndrome , Cluster headache - combination termed Horton's headache , Trauma - base of neck, usually blunt trauma, sometimes surgery. , Middle ear infection , Tumors - often bronchogenic carcinoma of the superior fissure (Pancoast tumor) on apex of lung , Aortic aneurysm, thoracic , Neurofibromatosis type 1 , Goitre , Dissecting aortic aneurysm , Thyroid carcinoma , Multiple sclerosis , Cervical rib traction on stellate ganglion , Carotid artery dissection , Klumpke paralysis , Cavernous sinus thrombosis , Sympathectomy , Syringomyelia , Nerve blocks, such as cervical plexus block, stellate ganglion or interscalene block , As a complication of tube thoracostomy , A Horner's syndrome may occur during a Migraine attack and be relieved afterwards  هي عرقلة لمسارات الأعصاب المتجهة من المخ إلى الوجه والعينان في جانب واحد من الجسم. تتسبب صغر حجم حدقة العين وتدلي الجفون وقله التعرّق بالجانب المُصاب من الوجه كمان. وقد تنتج عن مشاكل طبية مثل: . السكتات الدماغية .والأورام .وإصابة الحبل الشوكي.
