Ten Hag: “In the coming days, should we have an opportunity [signings], I would go for it but it's not only up to me. I think that always has to be the approach at this club.” #MUFC

Ten Hag on his role in Rashford's development: “I'm not Harry Potter.” #MUFC

Congratulations to Amad for winning EFL Young Player of the Month and PFA Fans' Player of the Month while on loan at Sunderland!

Ten Hag: "Shaw. a question mark [over his availability vs Reading], we have to see after training."

Ten Hag: "Aaron [Wan-Bissaka] and Ty [Malacia] play magnificent in this moment. The whole back four was magnificent on Wednesday. We need depth in the squad."

Ten Hag: "We have always issues, but I think tomorrow we will have a strong selection for this game, we have a good squad, we can cover things."

Ten Hag: "The way we put on Pellistri on Wednesday is already a signal [that he won't be loaned out]."

Ten Hag: "Second, we have many games to cover and we need players to cover that. When you play 30 games in 10 days you need a lot of players."

Ten Hag: "We have our ideas. For some players we are open for loans but with some players they are not, because they are first, talented, they have to develop first in our environment."

Ten Hag on if Jadon Sancho could play against Reading: "He is training with the team and we will see. He's improving. He's making steps and we will make the decision after training."

Ten Hag: “We have a strong team tonight. We have to win this game. We have to do everything to win this game. Our players have experience to play big games.” #MUFC

Ten Hag confirms that Luke Shaw is not in the squad due to illness.

Ten Hag on Victor Lindelöf starting tonight: "We are counting on him. We know we have to use the group." [mutv]

Ten Hag: "We want to win every game, so we put the best team every time." [mutv]

#mufc XI vs Nottingham Forest: De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelöf, Martinez, Malacia, Casemiro, Eriksen, B.Fernandes, Antony, Weghorst, Rashford

Antony: “Important week for us!! Seeking to evolve to give my best to the team! It has always been a dream to be here and I will give all I have to honor this club cause we are stronger together!” #MUFC

Charlie Savage is set to join Forest Green on loan for the rest of the season. @pjcadden #MUFC

Ten Hag: "There was a lot of defence between the ball and the goal [against Arsenal]. All the goals were avoidable and that's my point, it cannot happen. When you concede three goals in a top game you can't win, that's one of the conclusions. We have to take this lesson." ✅

Ten Hag: "I think a lot of games we did very well, we had a lot of clean sheets, against Man City we defended very well. In general, also against Arsenal we defended very well, they didn't get clean shots, there was was one time from a free-kick." #MUFC 🇳🇱

🚨🇳🇱 Ten Hag: "It's about that, it's about winning trophies, so we have a good opportunity but we have to go game from game, now we play Forest two legs, so focus on the first leg, don't think further ahead because that will distract and so the aim for tomorrow is win that game."
