🇩🇪🇮🇱 A Bavaria hotel refused to host a couple from Israel, saying that Jews aren't allowed there. After complaining to the platform, the hotel was delisted. Prosecutor's office in Munich opened a criminal case. The hotel's owners say that they didn't mean anything bad, stating that it was their attempt to protect from phishing attacks. Also, they invited the couple to stay at their hotel for free. 13.34 million people — or 16.1% of the population — were living in poverty in 2025, up from 15.5% the previous year. The number of people in poverty has increased by around 1.2 million since a low point in 2023, with the association describing the situation as “crisis-like.” Single parents, people living alone, young adults aged 18 to 25, and those over 65 were identified as the groups most affected.
