It's not only because it's actively damaging this planet and getting people off their work;
I'm mainly against it because it's in the AI nature to pollute our thinking
I hate the "oh, but it's how you use it" discourse, because realistically, since when people use big tools like these in a good way?
I'm not even trying to judge, it's just the reality: If something starts to get easier and easier, you stop growing and improving
In this case, it will reach a point of no return, forming a sentence or a thought will be percieved as being so exhausting that people will stop even trying
