Honourable delegates, we would like to congratulate everyone on tomorrow's upcoming conference! Below we have instructions which you must follow tomorrow and and agenda which shows the timeline of the entire conference. ALL DELEGATES MUST BE AT THE LYCEUM LOBBY BEFORE/AT 8 30. This is where the registration for the conference will be held. After registration you will be free to head to your delegated rooms to begin the conference. Delegates who haven't registered will not be accepted to the conference! ❗️Attention❗️ Dear delegates, In order not to be confused we strongly recommend you to look through the presentation " MUN workshop " and also to follow the rules of procedure. For better understanding, please note : 📌Points and Motions Below are listed in decreasing order of importance (left-right), the points and motions a delegate may make during committee sessions. No points or motions may interrupt a speaker, unless otherwise specified below.  📌Point of Order Used where you believe a mistake of procedure has been made, e.g. where someone was skipped on the Speaker's list, or the wrong voting procedure was used for a matter. This point can interrupt a speaker.  📌Point of Personal Privilege Used where you experience some discomfort which hinders you from participating fully in the committee proceedings (e.g. it is too cold in the room, you can't hear the speaker, etc.) This point may interrupt a speaker if the purpose is to get him to speak more loudly.  📌Right of Reply Used where you believe there has been some insult or threat to your national integrity or sovereignty. If the Chair rules it in order, you will get the opportunity to reply outside of the speaker's list.  📌Point of Parliamentary Inquiry Used to ask any questions about procedure that you may have.  📌Motion to Appeal Used where you believe the Chair has made a mistake with a certain decision.  📌Motion to Set Speaking Time Self-explanatory. 📌Motion to Set Comments This is used to set a fixed number of comments for other delegates after each speech on the General Speaker's List. 📌Motion to Adjourn Session Used (mostly) to go to Lunch.  📌Motion to Adjourn Meeting Used to end the conference as a whole.  📌Motion for Censure Used where a delegate is being disruptive, not representing his nation's views or not adhering to diplomatic courtesy.  📌Motion for Unmoderated Caucus The motion must state the time, and may state a purpose where the time asked for may seem excessive.  📌Motion for Moderated Caucus The motion must state the total length, the individual speaking time, and the topic for discussion.  📌Motion for Verification of Quorum Used to ensure that enough people are present to vote on the topic. Minimum 1/4 of delegates must be. 📌Motion for Closure of Debate This will move all draft resolutions on the floor into voting procedure, whether you are done debating them or not.  📌Motion for Closure of the Speaker's List Used to stop more people from being added to the speaker's list.  📌Motion for Re-Opening of the Speaker's List Used to undo the previous motion. 📌Motion to Table Debate Used to end a debate on a topic without vote.  📌Motion to Question Competence Used where you believe the committee does not have competence to discuss the issue.  📌Motion to Divide the Question Used during voting procedure, to vote clause by clause.  📌Motion to Introduce a Draft Resolution The motion can only be made once a draft resolution has been approved by the Chairs.
