Dear all F&B tenants, I would like to remind you about Self-food Hygiene Inspection Form Submission date deadline is on 25th every month. However, from this month All F&B tenants have to check and submit this form through AMC TMS app. All F&B tenants have to submit this form every month if any F&B tenants fail to submit Self-food Hygiene Inspection Form we will: - 1st time: Aeon Mall will request that tenant to submit an Explanation Letter - 2nd time: Aeon Mall will request that tenant to submit an Explanation Letter and meeting with store manager. - 3rd time: Aeon Mall will request that tenant to submit a Warning Letter to Company. NOTIFICATION OF ANNUAL FIRE ALARM TESTING AND MAINTENANCE Dear value tenants, Aeon Mall Sen Sok City would like to inform all stores that in July 2024 we will inspect the fire protection system annually. The purpose of monitoring the fire protection system is to avoid system malfunctions, indicating that the system can transmit information immediately in the event of a fire. Our technical team will come into your shop to inspect this fire protection system. This inspection will take place on the following dates and times: Date: From July 1, 2024 to July 30, 2024 Time: Between 9:10 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. As mentioned above, all stores please kindly cooperate.
