عکاسی ورزشی (Sports Photography) این سبک برای ثبت لحظه‌های حساس مسابقات ورزشیه. تو دهه 1970، نیل لیفر به خاطر عکس‌های فوق‌العاده‌اش از مسابقات بوکس و المپیک خیلی مشهور شد. @Haghbaayan

عکاسی تبلیغاتی (Advertising Photography) این سبک برای تبلیغ محصولات و خدمات استفاده می‌شه. تو دهه 1940، اروینگ پن عکس‌هایی گرفت که استاندارد جدیدی برای عکاسی تبلیغاتی تعریف کرد. @Haghbaayan

عکاسی مد (Fashion Photography) این سبک مخصوص عکس گرفتن از لباس‌ها و مدل‌ها برای تبلیغ مد و فشنه. ادوارد استایکن تو دهه 1920 عکاسی مد رو به یه هنر واقعی تبدیل کرد. اون برای مجله‌های معروف مثل ووگ (Vogue) کار می‌کرد. @Haghbaayan

عکاسی معماری (Architectural Photography) اینجا تمرکز روی ساختمان‌ها و طراحی‌های معماریه. جولیس شولمن یکی از معروف‌ترین عکاسای این سبک بود که تو دهه 1950 از معماری مدرن عکس می‌گرفت @Haghbaayan

عکاسی فاین آرت (Fine Art Photography) این سبک جاییه که عکاس از عکس به‌عنوان یه هنر خلاق استفاده می‌کنه. آلفرد استیگلیتز یکی از اولین کسایی بود که عکاسی رو به‌عنوان یه هنر مستقل معرفی کرد. @Haghbaayan

عکاسی مستند (Documentary Photography) این سبک واسه اینه که داستان واقعی زندگی یا اتفاقات مهم رو ثبت کنه. توی دهه 1930، عکاسی به اسم دوروتیا لانگ شروع کرد به عکس گرفتن از شرایط سخت کشاورزا و کارگرا تو آمریکا. عکس معروفش، «مادر مهاجر»، یه شاهکار تو این سبک محسوب می‌شه. @Haghbaayan

عکاسی طبیعت (Landscape Photography) این سبک همون عکس گرفتن از مناظر طبیعته؛ مثل کوه، جنگل یا دریا. یکی از اولین کسایی که این سبک رو معروف کرد، انسل آدامز بود. اون از دهه 1930 شروع کرد به عکس گرفتن از طبیعت بکر آمریکا و نشون دادن زیبایی طبیعت به دنیا. @Haghbaayan

عکاسی پرتره (Portrait Photography) این سبک به عکس گرفتن از چهره‌ی آدم‌ها مربوط می‌شه. از زمان‌های قدیم وقتی نقاش‌ها پرتره می‌کشیدن، ایده‌ش اومد توی عکاسی. تو قرن 19 یه عکاس به اسم متیو بردی شروع کرد به گرفتن پرتره‌های رسمی از آدمای معروف، مثل رئیس‌جمهورها. @Haghbaayan
