FIAMMA : NEXT SUPERSTOCK OF CHINHIN
- Stood and standing strong at RM1.0 above is a strong alarm for next rally setting up.
- Same as my favourites Chinhin as Superstock and also siblings Sign and Ajiya.
- Chinhin Founder Datuk Seri Chiau Beng Teik, JP and son Chiau Haw Choon take the helm on Fiamma.
- Cheap and supercheap before it rally this week started.
- Property development segment : The on-going residential developments in Kota Tinggi, Johor, as well as the completed and unsold residential and commercial developments will contribute to their revenue in financial year 2023 and the coming financial years.
- The proposed residential developments in Jalan Sungai Besi and Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, both in Kuala Lumpur, are expected to contribute to their future income stream once the proposed developments are launched and sold.
- Shares Buy Back (SBB) at 0.92,0.93,0.945,1.05,1.07 & 1.09 is a good ranges which I am foresees 1.20-1.30 coming again to SBB very soon and my personal TP is High.
- Q1FY23 is expected to be good. I am predicting approximately 10 million to 12 million QoQ net profits releasing end of Feb.
