Cocktail-tilaisuus järjestetään perjantaina 14.11. Kandidaattikeskuksen A-siiven ala-aulassa (Otakaari 1, 02150 Espoo) klo 14.30 alkaen. Cocktail-tilaisuudesta on kuljetukset pääjuhlapaikalle Juhlasali Nostalgiaan (Hämeentie 1, 00530 Helsinki). Pääjuhla alkaa klo 18.00 ja pääjuhlasta on myös kuljetukset jatkopaikalle. The cocktail reception will be held on Friday, November 14th, starting at 3:00 PM in the A-wing lower lobby of the Undergraduate Centre (Otakaari 1, 02150 Espoo). Transportation will be provided from the cocktail reception to the venue for the main event at Juhlasali Nostalgia (Hämeentie 11, 00530 Helsinki). The main event starts at 6:00 PM, and transportation is also provided to the afterparty venue. The annual herring breakfast, or Stillis, will be held the following day, on Saturday, November 15th, at Rantasauna (Vastaranta 1, 02150 Espoo). Registration for the annual celebration is open from 11pm on Tuesday, September 30th to Sunday, October 12th, 2025, and registration takes place via the kide.app. See you in November! 💜

⚙️ Automaatioteekkaripäivät – or ATP – is back again! ⚙️ ATP brings together automation students from all over Finland, and this year it's organized by Autek in Tampere, from October 3rd to 5th. The guild will arrange group transportation from Otaniemi, provided there's enough interest. The bus will likely depart on Friday, October 3rd around 2 PM, and return in the afternoon on Sunday, October 5th. The event costs €38 + transportation, with the final transportation cost to be confirmed closer to the date. The price includes accommodation and some meals. More information about registration and final pricing coming soon! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact @kulttuurimestari P.S. Don’t let the name fool you – ATP is open to all AS members, regardless of major! But also keep in mind that the other participating guilds does not have any English bachelor programs. TL;DR What? Kilta järjestää tapahtumaan yhteiskuljetuksen Otaniemestä, mikäli osallistujia on tarpeeksi. Bussi lähtenee perjantaina 3.10. n. klo 14 ja palannee sunnuntaina 5.10. iltapäivällä. Hintaa tapahtumalle tulee 38€ + yhteiskuljetus, jonka hinta tarkentuu lähempänä. Summa pitää sisällään mm. majoituksen ja osan ruokailuista.
