Hello Everyone, Lets discuss a prevalent situation. The Punjab Police, District Administration, and Indian Army are conducting joint drills to bring down a protestor who had been siting atop a 400 feet BSNL tower for the last 560 days. If you are posted as an SDM there, what steps will you take for safe evacuation of such an individual? Be logical and innovative in your approach

Hello Everyone, We are launching this course for Punjab PCS Interview Personality Assessment and Guidance.

Hello Everyone, The most important question in any civil services interview is ‘Why Civil Services?’ The response to this question must be based on these factors: 1. What are your internal motivations to become a civil servant? 2. It should not be a learned answer, but must feel original and authentic. 3. It should be derived from your understanding of what civil servants actually do, and what civil services entail. 4. It should reflect clarity in your approach and understanding towards civil services. 5. Try to add some hooks in this answer, so that the interviewer can ask you further questions on it. This way, you can give direction to your interview. 6. Brevity will be of essence here. Make sure your response doesn’t exceed 90 seconds. Thank You.!

Hii. If, in this free time, you want to understand the medieval history of Punjab and its evolution as an independent state, you can also read Punjab by Rajmohan Gandhi.

One of you has also recommended reading Tuesdays with Morrie. It is a small read, but helps soothe nerves and will definitely relax you in stressful situations.

Hello Everyone, For Interviews, 2-3 recommendations to keep in mind: 1. Focus on reading local newspapers: Punjabi and English tribune are my recommendations. 2. Start working out. Physical fitness is important. It is pointed out during Interviews as well. 3. Can read a few novels such as Ignited Minds (APJ Abdul Kalam), Atomic Habits, Karma Yog (Swami Vivekananda), What Everybody is Saying (Joe Navarro) etc. Thank you.

Hello Everyone, These are the new agricultural practices being adopted by progressive farmers in Punjab. Go through them and use them as case studies in your answers. Thanks

Those who have not gone through this file, start preparing it for your Interview

Tell us about yourself is the best question that can be asked from an aspirant’s point of view. You should maximize it. Give some interesting facts in it so that the interviewer is compelled to ask you questions on it. This way, you can drive the interview towards the topics which you are comfortable with. If you do not provide the interviewer something like that, the questions will be from what he/she has prepared. And that can be tough, unpredictable, and challenging.

First and Foremost, You should prepare “Tell us about yourself” question. The answer to this question must be of two types: 1. Long and detailed answer. Where you can speak about yourself for around 2 minutes 2. Short and crisp answer. Where you can summarize your life in 30 seconds only. When the interviewer asks tell me about yourself, you give the detailed version of yourself. If he/she asks tell me about yourself in brief, you tell the 30 second version.

Hello All, I am sharing a set of Interview questions for you to practise. Start making answers for them.

Hello All, I will share strategies to prepare for Interview soon. Stay tuned.!!!
