It’s been 3 days, and you still haven’t fixed the Monite issue. This is absolutely unacceptable. Neither resellers nor customers are getting proper replies. Every time someone asks, the only response is, “Keep an eye on the channel, we’ll update there.” But there are no meaningful updates at all. If you don’t know when it will be be fixed, then say it clearly instead of keeping everyone waiting with false hope. The only thing your team seems to be fast at is removing people from the group when they complain. You have time for that, but not to reply to customers or provide a proper ETA. That’s completely unprofessional. We paid for the Monite panel. It wasn’t free. As paying customers, we deserve clear communication and proper support. If this issue can’t be fixed, then have the honesty to tell us. Stop keeping everyone in the dark. Enough with the same copy-paste response. Give us a real update, a realistic timeline, or simply tell us whether it will be fixed or not. This level of support is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
