The purpose of sharing this is to show the reality on the ground and the rhetoric that is being used by residents of insurgency affected areas like Kurram. People are openly coming out announcing their gratitude to militants and slandering state officials. The entire goal of an insurgent is to make the government seem illegitimate and incapable in the eyes of the locals. Commander Kazim has for the past 2 years terrorised state institutions openly and freely. Video footage of their attacks show him on the frontlines leading his members. How is it that the state has failed to apprehend him still? Is it an issue of intel, capabilities or intent? @Insurgent_Zone
