Dr. Allah Nazar Baloch, Supreme Commander of the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), has issued a statement criticizing recent remarks by Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti regarding Baloch intellectuals, researchers, and poets. The BLF leader alleged that the state is attempting to suppress intellectual and literary voices in Balochistan, citing the killing of poet Professor Ghamwar Hayat Baloch and the disappearance of poetess Habiba Peer Jan. He claimed that such policies reflect state fear of growing national consciousness and will not weaken the Baloch freedom movement. @Insurgent_Zone

Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), has also released video footage claiming that its fighters besieged the Dungar Police Station in the Jusak area of Kech district on May 25, 2026. The group alleged that seven government rifles, magazines, and other military equipment were seized, and that a checkpoint was set up in front of the station with snap‑checking of vehicles.

TTP commanders Shaheen and Umar Amir have released a video directed at the Hathikhel Aman Committee and those tribes who stand with them. The militant commanders have given them until June 2nd to publicly make their stance known on whether they stand with the aman committee or not. The militants emphasised that their announcement should be public and they will not accept it if the announcement is made in private. They stated that after June 2nd they will not show leniency to those who have not followed this direction. @Insurgent_Zone

The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan issued a statement mourning the passing of Mufti Saifullah Haqqani, describing him as an “eminent religious scholar” and “inheritor of the knowledge of Mufti Muhammad Fareed.” The group noted that he had served religious education for over half a century. The TTP recalled that Mufti Sahib was among the scholars who issued a fatwa declaring the Pakistan Armed Forces as “designated disbelievers” and “Asabi” (partisan), adding that the funeral prayer should not be offered for killed military personnel. The group described this stance as a “true embodiment of Afzal al-Jihad.” The TTP also noted that hundreds of its fighters are students of Mufti Sahib and expressed condolences to his family, students, and the administration of Darul Uloom Haqqania.

Renowned Islamic scholar and teacher, Mufti Saifullah Marwat Haqqani, has passed away. He was widely respected for his expertise in Hadith, Islamic jurisprudence, and piety. He had been associated with Darul Uloom Haqqania Akora Khattak for nearly four decades, serving as its Chief Mufti. He was also among the scholars linked to the “Wana Operation Fatwa,” which the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has cited to justify its armed campaign.

Balochistan Liberation Front Claims Operations in Kech and Winder (May 25–27) According to a statement by the BLF, the group claimed responsibility for multiple operations in Kech and Winder districts. Key claimed incidents:

· May 25 (Jusak, Kech): Attack on Dungar Police Station – station seized, seven rifles and other equipment confiscated; police personnel later released. Surveillance cameras destroyed. A checkpoint was also established. · May 25 (Kech‑kour Bridge): Ambush on a military reinforcement convoy – five personnel killed, four injured, two vehicles damaged. · May 27 (Winder – Dam area): Construction company machinery set on fire. The BLF alleged the company was building roads for military and exploitative projects.

 The BLF accepted responsibility for all operations.

The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has released a video showing scenes of animal sacrifice on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, along with Eid greetings, distribution of gifts, and messages.

The Bannu Police Peace Committee has issued a public message. The committee declared its commitment to eliminating unrest, terrorism, and the killing of innocent people. It claimed to have compiled lists of alleged facilitators, informers, and spies of militant groups. The committee warned family members of suspected individuals to stop their relatives from supporting militant elements, stating that later claims of innocence will not be accepted. It appealed to all segments of society, including religious scholars, political leaders, youth, and tribal elders, to support the effort. Special appeals were made to the people of Baka Khel and Jani Khel to deny shelter and support to militants. Russia and Afghanistan have signed a military cooperation agreement during the International Security Forum in Moscow, on Wednesday, marking a significant step in bilateral relations. The agreement comes one year after the Kremlin removed the Taliban from its list of banned terrorist organizations. Afghan Defense Minister Mohammad Yaqoub stated that interaction with Russia is important, citing longstanding historic ties. Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu called on Western countries to "unfreeze" sanctions on the Taliban and acknowledge responsibility for their two‑decade presence in Afghanistan. Russia removed the Taliban from its terrorist list in April 2025 and formally recognized the Taliban as the government of Afghanistan in July 2025 ; the first and only country to do so. Earlier this month, the European Commission confirmed inviting Taliban officials to Brussels, though a spokesperson clarified that the invitation “does not by any means constitute a recognition.” @Insurgent_Zone

According to pro-state sources, the nephew of an ASHO is alleged to be a member of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). Security forces reportedly carried out an operation to arrest him, which later escalated into clashes.

A Frontier Corps (FC) soldier, identified as Iqbal (serving in FC Balochistan), was shot dead by unknown gunmen in the Kulachi area of Dera Ismail Khan, while he was on leave.
