Earlier today, withdrawals were temporarily suspended while our team investigated a P2P dispute involving a merchant who remained inactive throughout most of the transaction, then confirmed availability and encouraged the buyer to proceed with payment only moments before the payment countdown expired. As a result, the buyer completed the payment, but the order was automatically cancelled by the system due to the expired deadline. To protect user funds and ensure a fair outcome, our team immediately intervened, reviewed the evidence, and resolved the case accordingly.
